Chapter 1

Chapter 1  Introduction 

"Goodmorning April," My Gama Rick said as i walked down the staircase from my bedroom, I am the Beta of the Redstone pack, our high ranking members all live under the same roof, even though we all have our own houses but we all like each other company.

After all, we are all best friends have been since the day we were all born. I'm the youngest and only child. 

My parents are the ex-betas of the pack and live with the Alphas in the middle of town, we live in the middle of the territory which is about 15 minutes away which is great. Our mums still come over and cook for us when we are too lazy or busy.

"Goodmorning Rick "

"How's the head ?"Ruby said coming in hitting my back. Hard. Grabbing the glass of orange juice out of Rick's hand.  

I start to gulp it back. Ruby was Rick's mate and boy were they relationship goals.They weren't your average lovey-dovey couple more straight to the point and like really crack up together they are already like and old married couple.

"Sore," I said laying my head on the breakfast bar.

"No shit, You out drank all the boys under the table.  Max had to carry you all the way home. But fuck you wanted to see Jane's faces when we all walked in together she was beyond pissed."

Jane is my cousin, She moved here after she met Max. She thinks he's her mate and persuaded her parents to let her live here with us. My family think she is gods gift to the fucking world. The other pack members in the pack all know she is an absolute bitch and needs a good crack.

Max and my parents are the only ones who actually like her in the pack.

"Oh i bet it was great "

"Well, you were lucky you passed out we all had to listen to them having makeup sex."That thought pained me somehow and i felt like i was going to be sick. Shit, i must have really overdone it last night. Last night was the first night we'd all had off since we were 16 and it was a small celebration for my 18th birthday which is in just under 4 days.

"That's disturbing "i laugh.

"You didn't have to listen to it. I want to change my room. I'm sick and tired of not being able to sleep whenever she wants her own way"Kyle the Delta said walking into the room.

"Well, im glad i didn't hear a single thing,"I mumbled into the bench.

"Jesus you're gonna be feeling that for a few days April"Kyle laughed.

"Shut up," I said covering my ears.

"Morning everyone, "Max said walking into the room, turning my head to face everyone.

"Shit you look like crap April" He laughed.

"Oh, you are so not funny. I thought you guys were meant to be looking after me last night ?"I growled.

"Well, we had a lot of fun. It's nice when you are drunk. You aren't uptight and always worrying about us. Plus you are nuts when you get an idea into your head."Rick said laughing his head off.

"Do you remember that time when you made us jump off old Nigel's cliff ?"Max laughed my eyebrow raised and i didn't know what the hell he was on about.

"Of course she doesn't. She was more pissed than last night. Oh and April you looked very sexy dancing on that table last night "Ruby winked.

"You guys are horrible "I groaned.

"Good Morning everyone 'Jane said walking into the room. Groans were heard from every single one in the room.
