Chapter 31

 "April "Alexander growled. I looked at him and a tear slipped down my face i grabbed the knife from around his waist.

"I'm sorry "I said before i cut the rope and me and Marcel began to tumble down the side of the cliff face.

"APRIL"I Heard people screaming, Small screams escaped me as parts of the rock face were cutting open my skin, I tried to cover my face with my hands but it just wasn't working, I felt myself smashing against the water.

Alexanders P.O.V

"APRIL NO"I growled, I watched as it all happened in slow motion her hand went to my waist and grabbed the knife .

"I'm sorry "She said Before she raised her arm and in one swift movement she cut the rope.

"APRIL"I yelled as My hand immediately went to grab her but i was too late she was already falling down the cliff. I began to lower myself as fast as possible and so did her Brother and Father my boots connected with the cliff face and then i pushed myself back off it again.

"BEN LOCK IT DOWN "I yelled at him from the cliff's face.

I Heard the splash of Aprils body and tried to find her or that mutt that took her down, Vincent's growls could be heard for miles. Growls were escaping from the ground, i could see all of Aprils friends starting to head into the water, Landing my two feet on the little sandbank i unclipped my self from the rope and began to scan the water for any movement, Jax and Vincent were soon by my side and also scanning the water.

"THERE "Jax Yelled before jumping into the water. I watched his hand in the direction he pointed at bubbles surfacing from the water. A scream was soon followed and it was April's some sort of urge took over me to get in there and save her.

In a split second i had lunged myself into the water and dove under the surface, the vibrations of kicking brought me up for air and i saw April struggling to keep Marcel away from her. I watched his visit collide with Aprils face and watched her body sink below the water's surface. I watched as Jax and Vincent went after Marcel , taking a deep breath i dove under the water and began swimming down as fast as i could i grabbed April by her waist i snaked my right arm around her waist and began to pull her up to the surface with me.

Reaching the surface i gasped for breath, Her eyes were shut and i couldn't tell if she was breathing or not, I swam as fast as i could towards the shore and picked her up in my arms and carried her up the bank as fast as i could, Placing her on the ground i took her hand in mine and she turned to her side and vomited out water, I helped her stay stable on her side as her body had no energy what so ever to help her. She turned back onto her back and i looked at her and she looked at me.

"April?"Max said before he tried running towards her, I Stood up anger was running through my blood and i was angry, beyond angry actually. She almost died because of him, a growl ripped through my throat, My fisit curled into a ball and i pulled it back and smashed it into my brothers face the blood from his nose breaking flew out and he stumbled back.

"GET OUT OF THE WAY ! SHE IS FROM MY PACK WHICH MEANS SHE'S MY PROPERTY !"

"NO SHE ISN'T ! April is my daughter which makes her a Luna my default. She will be returning to my pack, I will find a suitable unmated Alpha for her "Vincent growled.

I heard April's small cries of pain which made me return to her side as she was calling my name and crying. It broke me to hear her crying, April was always a strong person but i suppose Marcel finally broke her in the end. Her eyes held the hole story, she was traumatised and i don't think she will ever be the Same April we all once knew. She looked scared and frightened, She didn't even know what was going on, gazing down on her body, i realised how badly injured she really was.
