~~Ella POV~~
"No, I came to see you." Bandana man answered sarcastically. Fly laughed a little shyly. He scoffed dramatically and then spoke. "Don't I get a hug hello?" He asked looking offended.
Fly got up after rolling her eyes and wrapped her arms around his neck. He placed his arms around her waist and brought her in.
It took everything in me not to tell the guy to keep his distance because I am that over protective best friend but for all I know, he might be an old good friend.
Honestly, it looked like they were a couple and it was bugging me how awkward everyone was when they were hugging even though it was like for three seconds. Like if there was a contest for the most awkward silence we would win it by a million miles. But I know that would not be true because she would have told me if she had a boyfriend. They let go and she took a step to the side of him. We were all looking at them in confusion and bandana guy thought it would help if he introduced his friend.
"Oh, this is my good friend Nash." He said placing his hand on his friends shoulder. His name sounded as good as he looked.
"Hi Nash." Fly said waving over to the guy. He waved back while smiling. She then seemed to remember that we were there and she turned back to us. "Oh um, guys, this is Taylor Caniff." She said making his name more expressed through her teeth.
We all gasped in realisation. This situation has just got a whole lot clearer. So he is the guy that she likes. Well done Fly, well done.
"Hey." He greeted us while we awkwardly repeated his words back to him.
"This is Ella, Alaska, Treacherous, Hazel and our newest friend Chantelle." She introduced us while motioning to us when she said our names. I looked back at Nash who was just awkwardly smiling at us. I decided to save him from this awkward silence.
"So erm, what brings you here?" I asked and his focus redirected to me. I swear his blue eyes were looking into mine.
"We just wanted some coffee and we couldn't find a local Starbucks so we came here." Nash said. His voice was a good sort of deep and sweet. I swear I could hear a little bit of an American accent in there. I couldn't think of a reply to that, so I just nodded. "We are gonna go and get some drinks now, talk to you later." Nash said before walking off with Taylor. I made sure they were well gone before speaking.
"Huddle, now!" I ordered them and they all obeyed and leaned in over the table so it was a little crowded circle. "Fly, he is gorgeous." I exclaimed aiming it mostly at Fly.
"I know right." Treacherous agreed with me. I smiled at her.
"Okay, who are they?" Chantelle asked looking as confused as ever. Of course she wouldn't know and I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing that she doesn't. We all looked at Fly. It was her choice really to tell her or not because she is the one who likes him.
"Can I tell her?" I asked out loud. Fly looked indecisive before sighing and facing Chantelle from across the table.
"Long story short, he is a guy that I met here a few days ago. He bought me a drink and we talked and stuff." Fly explained quite quickly. Chantelle smiled and 'oooooooooooo'd like we were in year two. Fly shushed her while putting a finger to her mouth.
"Wait, which one? Taylor?" She asked further and we all nodded. She smiled and nodded back to us. "So, I'm guessing you like him." She said in a harsh whisper.
Fly went bright red in embarrassment and I laughed slightly.
"OOOOh, she's blushing." Chantelle exclaimed. We laughed.
