Chapter 8~ Cheerleading

~~Chantelle’s POV~~

Alaska came in a few minutes later looking a little out of breath. She was breathing heavily and looked like she had something to tell us.

"So where'd you go?" Hazel asked her as she walked up to her bed. She sat down and crossed her legs on her bed without taking her shoes off. 

"Erm, a park not too far from here." She replied pointing in the direction.

"Soooooo, what did he say?" Treacherous asked.

"He wanted me to go to a wedding. With him" She replied once she was on top of her bed.

"Awwww, that's cute." Lyla purred at her and she blushed.

"Guuuurl, we need to pick out a lot of things like what the hell are you going to wear?" I asked finally joining the conversation. She shrugged and we all smiled. SHOPPING!!

"Don't know, but it has to be something to go with this." She said stretching out her arm, exposing her wrist. She was wearing a sparkly, new charm bracelet and it looked gorgeous! It had a lot of charms and we all gushed at it in awe. But the more I looked at it the more I noticed it seemed familiar...

"Where'd you get that?" Infinity asked staring right at it. It was the exact same question I was thinking.

"Axel gave it to me." She replied and jerked her wrist causing the jewellery to shake and glisten in the stream of sunlight from our partially closed curtains. It looked awfully familiar, I tried to think where I had seen it before but I could not think of anything. Why can't I remember? Before I knew it there was a loud ring of the bell and my thoughts were snapped bringing me back to reality.

"See you after school." Infinity said before she left and walked out of our door with Lyla and Ever.

"Bye." I said before they were off. We all got up and started heading to our next lesson. I would have to ask Axel about the bracelet later.

~~Alaska's POV (After school) ~~

Finally the end of the day had come and we were all tired. It was our first day back after the holidays! Of course we were going to be tired! But the day hadn't fully ended yet because we all had cheer leading practice.

I love to cheer but I don't think I can dance. Devlin just puts me in the back anyway but you get extra credit if you join so I joined. It's not as bad as you think and its actually quite fun I put all of my effort into this team and my work and it comes out quite nicely.

At least I get to see Axel on the field when they play and he says I look beautiful in my uniform so it's all good.

Treacherous and Fly do cheerleading with me and we always have so much fun. Treacherous, unlike me can actually dance so she is really good at this. Fly too, and since she is the shortest and lightest, she is normally the one on the top of the pyramids.

I was now getting my PE kit bag which was holding my Cheerleading outfit inside. I slung my large bag over my shoulder and walked across the room to the door, waiting for treacherous and Fly to get their stuff so we could leave. I normally don't wait for them but today is the first day back and I'll cut them some slack.

"Where are you guys going?" Chantelle asked looking up from her phone.

"Your mum." I replied sarcastically under my breath. I didn't expect to be heard but seeing as there were odd looks I guess I thought wrong.

"Cheerleading practice." Fly replied struggling to zip up her gigantic bag.

"You guys cheer?" She asked with a shocked look before she got up.
