Sonic: Darkened World

Sonic and Blaze

*Sonic and Blaze were still running away from those demonic monsters which were behind their tails*
???: Ssooonnniiiiiiccc
*Sonic turns his head again to look at them still calling their names*
Sonic: Man don't they ever shut up?
*Blaze: Ya like other people I know* *Sonic then notices something weird, no creatures were behind blaze but to her side because of her fire trail she leaves behind but there is tons behind him where it's dark. He then turns back to Blaze and smirks*
Sonic: Hey Blaze
*Blaze looks at him. He points to the back of him which Blaze looks where he is pointing at. She looks at the fire trail she is leaving behind, and the creatures are besides her and not in the back, on Sonic's side there are a lot of those things chasing him. She puts them together and says*
Blaze: They are afraid of fire?
Sonic: yup!
*Sonic and Blaze skit to a stop and turn to look at them. The creatures however don't stop running. Sonic spin dashes on the ground and Blaze list him on fire. As she does that Sonic launches himself at the creatures which stop and seem to be hypnotized again. As soon as Sonic hits one of them and bounces back to Blaze, they see something that shockes them with surprise and sadness. The creature bursts with light and breaks off. This causes a chain reaction to some of other monsters which they explode with light. The Mobions and Solsis people can be seen weak and skinny opening their eyes to look at them. They cry as they see their "heroes" have come to help and save them*
???: Zash your here!
*Said a Mobion*
???: Oh princess Cleo has come!
*Said a Solsis, but it doesn't last long as the shadows engulf them again. The terrifying and confusing part is that both Sonic and Blaze hear them screaming not their names but different ones even though it seemed that these people knew them which they did look familiar to Sonic and Blaze but yet again they don't. Sonic grits his teeth and Blaze gives off a pissed off look at the creatures of shadow. All this time they were trapped and unable to do anything*
*Both: ITS NOT THIER FAULT* *Sonic launches in the air for a homing attack while blast lights them on fire to weaken them. It works and Sonic grabs each one of those people and dashes in front of Blaze. More of those creatures come as they hear and see the burst of light and their screams*
Sonic: Dam more and more keep coming
Blaze: I don't know if we can last longer
*Blaze and Sonic back to to escape while Blaze lights her hands on fire and the other holding onto a Solsis on her shoulder. Sonic strengths his grip as he holds 2 Mobions on his shoulder. The creatures march in ward ready to kill them. Sonic and Blaze both are ready though*
Sonic: Well Blaze if we are going to die it's time a tell you something
Blaze: Don't say such words Sonic
Sonic: Blaze...
*Blaze starts to tear a bit and looks at him to see him smiling*
Sonic: In all my life I have been fighting evil, protecting everyone I can and meet new people like you. There are times were I get a bit to competitive I know that and a bit selfish, however deep down inside as I do all of these things I'm scared
*Blaze's eyes widen*
Blaze: Scared?
*Sonic takes a gulp and continues*
Sonic: Scared that....I'll loose everyone that I hold to my heart but there is someone I hold closer than the others that I don't want to see hurt or in pain in any other way....
Blaze: Sonic..
Sonic: Blaze that person I-
*Just then something bubbles in Sonic, anger that he is going to probably die and not tell Blaze his secret. Blaze looks worried as she can see a faint bluish black aura start to swirl around Sonic's Body*
Blaze: Sonic?
*One of the creatures then grabs Blaze by the tail behind her. She screams as another creature starts to bit her. Sonic sees this*
Sonic: No...STOP
*Sonic tries to reach for her but the others just pounce on him. They don't as more keep biting her infecting her with darkness. She screams in pain as they bite her piercing through her skin so the darkness can effect her. Sonic moves some of them off and looks speechless at what's happening to Blaze. Blaze starts to tear as her skin turns black like the creatures*
Sonic: Stop...
*Blaze cries out another painful scream as one bits her leg. Sonic crouches and stares at the ground. The creatures surround him ready to kill him and infect him*
Sonic: Stop...
*Blaze then cries out louder than before as one bits her neck. Sonic then thinks about Blaze. Then a crack can be heard. Sonic's eyes widen and he starts to tear. The creatures pounce on him slow motion like. Sonic then lets go of resisting his anger*
Sonic: STOP IIIIT!!!!!!
*A burst of blue mixed with black energy then bursts out of him blowing the creatures away from him with tremendous force. The creatures that were turning Blaze into one of them drop her. They see look at Sonic and begin to march towards him. Blaze faintly opens her eyes to see Sonic, in a super like form which she never seen before. Dark Sonic then stares as one of the creatures that grabs him. Dark Sonic puts a fist threw the creature completely killing it leaving a wolf that falls the ground to only sucked up into the darkness. The darkness the Wolf had before he become the creature again swirls around Dark Sonic for him to absorb making him stronger. All the creatures then pounce on Dark Sonic. Their bodies drop dead as they get closer to Dark Sonic but he stands their unfazed by their attempt to kill him and to be only absorbed and go back like the wolf. The thing that terrified Blaze was not his form but his pure white evil eyes and make things worse he looked at her and started to walk towards her. Blaze starts to cry and thinks of how she is going to die, those people he killed that were manipulated by the darkness and.....and....and Sonic. Her vision becomes hazy as she tries yo stay awake*
Blaze: Son...ic
*As much as she tried, she gave into blood loss and the infection that starts to take over her*
