Pacing outside the doors of the meeting room, Monte chewed at her fingernails, nervous of what would come out of her boss meeting with the Allies' bosses. Not only was it her boss, but all the bosses of the Axis came together to resolve this. It had been years since the start of WW3, and it didn't seem like there was an end in sight. Her country was taking quite a beating, like everyone else had. Now, deciding this all had gone on for much too long, the bosses came together to end this.

Hearing the door open, her head turned to see the man that would manage her. "What happened?! Is it over, is it finally over with?" She asked, hoping that all the fighting was done with. Recently, Germany made the Axis train until they felt as if their lunch would come back up if they didn't stop.

"It's over, Monte Carlo. But, there are some conditions that are required from this little truce." He told her, pulling out a piece of paper, making her groan a bit. He cleared his throat before reading. "Number one, you must refrain from starting unnecessary wars just because. If there should be a reason you break out in a fight with someone, you must state a good enough reason to do so. Do be like your brother and break into a war with Egypt because you want to show how 'tough' you can be, then end up losing and have Germany swoop in and save you." He read, raising an eyebrow to her.

"Hey! That was long before I was discovered. I'm not like my brothers when it comes to fighting and you know that." She defended herself, crossing her arms over her chest.

"Condtion number two, you must attend world summits/meetings with the Axis or alone if you are personally invited. No skipping them unless you have a valid reason to stay home. And if you do stay home from a meeting, you stay at home, no going out or having anyone over." He told her, glancing up at her.

"What? Germany didn't want me found out by the other countries. I was the secret weapon. Secret." She told him, emphasizing on her words.

"And last but not least, you will not get into a relationship with France. That will break out in a dispute with Seychelles (Yes, the couple is Seychelles and France), the usually quite, peaceful island."

"I have no interest with France! Sure, I have a thing for blondes, but not him!" Monte wrinkled her nose, rolling her eyes. "Was that even on there?"

"No, my own little rule since I overheard you talking about it to Japan, how he hit on you while you were captured." He grinned a bit before handing the paper off to her. "The next world summit is tomorrow at noon. Germany should have a list of the dates for all the World Summits going to happen within the next month." He told her, starting to walk away. "Remember to wear something formal! Everyone will be wearing formal!" He called as he went off, leaving the brunette with the paper in her fingers. Monte sighed a bit, turning and going to meet up with Germany outside the building.
