                                         Monte Carlo's POV

"Do you mind meeting me after school by the fountain, Monte?" I looked up at Alaska, biting my lip to think.

"Sure, I'll be there. I have nothing else to do anyway. Why do you want me to?" I asked, walking over toward my class.

"Uh, I needa practice with choir. I just thought you'd wanna listen, is all." She responded quickly. I smiled a little.

"Sure, I like listening to you guys." I accepted.

"YESSS!!! I mean, great. Just wait for me there." Alaska's smile widened before running off. I couldn't even ask why she seemed so excited.

                                                    England's POV

"What do you want, wanker?" I hissed, not fond of the way America practically dragged my from the hallway and into the bathroom.

"You can get pissy with me, I'm only trying to help you and Monte." He crossed his arms.

"Help? That's laughable. We don't need help. We're doing just fine." I rolled my eyes, about to leave when he pulled me back.

"You really can't see it?! Dude, she wants to be kissed!" He told me as if it were clear as day.

"W-What?! How would you know?!" I asked.

"My sister is her best friend. I know." He raised an eyebrow. That was actually a valid point...It did make sense if it was true.

"W-What should I do!?" I asked, panicking a little. Never before had I kissed a girl, I wasn't sure if she was comfortable with it!

America gave me a narrowed eyed look. "I think we should play rugby." He said sarcastically. If he would have used that tone with me when he was younger, you bet I would have scolded him. "I'll tell you what you do! You go out there, and kiss her!" He told me.

Before I could get a word in, I heard a bathroom stall open.

"What the eff?! Why are you guys in the girl's bathroom!?" I heard Alaska ask, hands placed over her hips.

"What are you talking about, Alaska? This is the-" America stopped when he spotted the tampon and liner machine on the wall next to me. "...This is not the boy's room..." He swallowed hard.

"Wait! Alaska, is what America said true?" I asked, knowing that she heard the conversation.

First, she looked under the doors, probably checking for anyone else in the bathroom before sighing. "Yeah, it's true."

"You think...I should..." I trailed off.

"Yes! Go! Now! She waits for you at the fountain!" She erged, pushing me toward the door.

"Y-You didn't tell her I would, did you!?" I asked, panicking even more if she was expecting me to.

"No! Just go!" And with that, I was pushed out the bathroom.

Sitting by the fountain, I looked around for the blond that instructed me to meet her there in the first place. I couldn't find her, though. Looking to the left, I tilted my head to the side at the sight of England approaching me. He was looking down the whole walk over until he sat beside me. "Hi England." I greeted, smiling. "Is something wrong?"

"N...No. Listen, Monte... I...I know what you what me t-" He was cut off by America pushing him into the fountain! Right when I was about to yell at him, he grasped me by my shoulders and threw me in, too. The cold was like a slap in the face, waking up my senses. Pushing myself up, I gasped for air. "Are you alright love?!"

I looked toward England to find him in the same state as me, soaked. He came toward me and checked over my form himself. "I-I'm fine!" I assured him, water running down my chin.

"America you bloody idiot!" He yelled.

Before England could scramble out the fountain to chase America, Alaska stood before us, clearing her throat before taking a deep breath, "I can show you the world. Shining Shimmering Splendid!" She sang, smiling brightly.

"Wrong Disney song, Alaska!" America called from further away. "The one with the fish!"

"Oh! Right, right!" Alaska cleared her throat again before closing one eye. "ARRRE YOU READY KIDS?!" She asked, eyebrows furrowing when we didn't respond. "I SAAIID, ARRE YOU READY KIDS?!"

"Dude, that's not it either! It the...uh..." America snapped his fingers. "Little mermaid! That one!" He remembered.

"Little...Oh yeah!" She nodded, leaning in closer to us now. "There you see her... Sitting there acoss the way." She motioned to me, smiling as I looked away shyly. "Shalalalala my oh my!" She leaned down and nudged England on the shoulder with her finger. "Looks like the boy's too shy, ain't gonna, kiss the girl!" Her words made me look up to see England's face with pink, his face turned away from me.

"Shalalalala ain't that sad? It's such a shame, too bad you're gonna miss the girl, go on and kiss the girl!" She gave him another nudge, but he didn't move. Deciding to try comforting him, I pulled a hand from the water and gently put it to his chest. He looked back at me, the timid look on his face making me smile a bit.

"Shalalalala don't be scared, you better be prepared, go on and kiss the girl!" Alaska kept at it, only making me shy away a little. I didn't go much longer in that shied state, England brought his fingers under my chin and made me look at him. His fingers worked their way up to my cheek, meeting my warm gaze as he bit his lip softly.

"Shalalalala Don't stop now, Don't try to hide it how, go on and kiss the girl!"

England smiled a little and leaned his forehead again my own, my eyes widening a little. I watched his eyes close, the space between our faces only got smaller... I felt the tip of his nose against mine, his soft breath ghosting over my lips until his mouth pressed to mine. The feel of being kissed made my heart rate quicken, my flesh got warmer and my fingers pressed into his damp sweater vest. It was that way until I was forced to pull away when the need for air became too great. I parted his lips with a light gasp, my eyes opening with slight surprise. His face was pinker than usual, too, his hand pulling away from my cheek to hold mine.

"Wow, you didn't even let me finish the song..." Alaska raised an eyebrow.

"Whoa, dude! Iggy's first kiss! Aw man, I gotta tell eveyone!" America smirked.

"Wait...The littler mermaid..." I realized, standing from the water of the fountain, rining out the water from my skirt. "Guys, they don't kiss when they fall into the water. The reason they don't kiss is because they fall in!" I corrected them, hearing the water shift as England stood and did the same with his vest as I did with my skirt.

"Hey, it worked, didn't it?" America asked, laughing.
