The Universe is vast
Absolutely huge
Yet, our lives go by so fast
With very little refuge
The Universe doesn't care
About us or the things we do
Yet, we take that dare
And love, and write about violets that are blue
The Universe ignores us
And why shouldn't it?
We are but a speck of dust
In it's swirling black pit
The Universe is timeless
It has no sense of numbers
Yet, we strive to avoid tartiness
To see our sisters, and brothers
The Universe doesn't sense us here
The tiny little beings on a tiny little planet
It's purpose will never be clear
But has the force of the infinite magnet
And that's what The Universe is
An infinite magnet
Pushing and pulling amiss
Feasting us with a knowledgable banquet
And despite all above written
We still carry on
With the girl that has us smitten
With the boy kind and brawn
Our entire existence in pointless
But we don't care
It's our lives to live endless
And we do infact, live that Dare.

My Book Of Poems
شِعرThese are simply poems or thoughts I have. I have no idea why you'd want to read this, but if you do, don't if anything in here can cause a relapse or trigger. Most are depressing and some very short. Beware if you decide to read.
