The past year I kept on training for boxing matches. I was unstoppable, I won all of my matches. 9-0-0. What do you think that 9 meant. That 9 meant 9 matches won, and the 0 in the middle meant draws, lately the last one, the worst of all. It meant lost.
I never lost a fight against any opponent that cross the ring with me. What helps me win is repeating, "Sé cambia's todo a tu alrededor, dentro de ti todo cambia."
It was a rainy Saturday, I was jogging with my cousin who was also in the boxing business. His name is Gabriel Flores. (a real boxer go follow him on Instagram g_squad_nation)
Anyways, we were jogging. He stopped because he got a text from his father. He started to get sad and told me to go back to the car. He was driving in a really fast speed in the freeway. I was wondering why he was in a rush.
" Hey Gaby, why are you in a rush?" I talked out of nowhere. "You will understand once we get there." He replied back with tears in his eyes. I was worried, seeing my cousin in tears was the most upsetting moment I seen when I'm hanging out with him.
We were getting to our destination. It's was already night. It took us an hour to get to a huge building. I didn't know why we were here. I was just looking for sign that can tell me what this place meant. Then I read a sign outside the entrance door, "LAC+USC Medical Center" I was at a hospital. Why was I here? What happen?
