-Mle Mle's POV-

Mle Mle spun around to see a woman in her mid-twenties looking directly at her with tears in her green eyes. "Mle Mle?". Her face was definitely Bek's but she looked much older, and when Mle Mle examined the girl closer she realised her hair was now black and went all the way down her back in a neat braid.

"Bek?" replied Mle Mle.

"I can't believe its really you!" Bek exclaimed she pulled Mle Mle into a hug. They stayed like this crying and holding each other for a few minutes before they finally broke apart, and Mle Mle said "What the hell did you do to your hair?!"

"Um, grew it?" Bek replied, "And I kinda dyed it as well."

"Thanks, Captain Obvious. I still can't believe it, it feels as though its a dream and I'm going to wake up any second and I'll be alone again."

"Alone? What happened to the others?"

"You don't know?!"

"No, I haven't had any contact with anyone since I left. What happened?"

"We should go back to my house, I'll tell you and you can tell me what happened to you."

-Bek's POV-

I looked up at the tall brick chimney as I left the station. The town hadn't changed much, except for shops like the old charcoal chicken on the corner which was now a hairdressing salon, and of course there was all the new technology.

I didn't know what I was doing back here, or rather why I was here rather than where I used to live a few suburbs away. Maybe I thought I would have more chance of seeing someone I knew, though even that was unlikely. For all I knew, everyone I had ever known here had moved away. Well whatever it was there was no point me standing here in the cold and wet, so I started walking along the crowded street. As I was walking I noticed a disturbance in the crowd ahead of me, and suddenly a young woman pushed past me with tears poring down her face. Wait, I knew those eyes, how could I ever forget them? I quickly turned around to see her walking away and blurted out "Your crazy, I like that."

The girl froze and turned towards me. It was definitely her. "Mle Mle?" I said.

"Bek?" she replied.

"I can't believe its really you!" I almost shouted as I walked towards her and pulled her into a hug.

And now we were walking along a street to her house, holding hands, never wanting to ever let go again. As we walked I told her how I had caught a plane to Sydney and then caught a train from there. And She told me about her husband and son, I couldn't believe she was married and had a child. When she asked if I had been in any relationships I said I hadn't.

Once we reached her house Mle Mle showed me inside and said that her family wouldn't be home until later, we made hot chocolates and sat on the lounge before she said, "Okay, you first."
