"Thank you for flying, have a great day."
Ugh. I'm so tired. I hate not being able to sleep on planes. Or boats. Or cars. Or anything that moves. Oh well.
"Jason! My baby boy!" Mom hugged Jason tight. "Hailee? I'm done abusing you, may I get a hug?"
"Sure, Mom. I've missed you to be honest." I hugged my mom and it felt damñ good. I haven't hugged her in over a 15 or more years.
"So grown up! Seniors? Oh my gosh! When is graduation?"
"Next spring." Jason answered.
"I'll be there. One of you guys text me the date a week in advance!"
"Okay Mom."
"What are you guys doing here anyways?" We went over to baggage claim.
"I wanted to help with your fashion, Mom."
"Good, I could use another brain like mine other than the dumba$$ people around here."
"We can only stay a month." Jason and I grabbed our suitcases.
"Well, next week there's a fashion show. You can help with that, then we can hang out and Oh! I know these great people who can get us into any club we want." She winked at me.
"Where's Spencer?" Jason asked.
"Oh! Spencer is actually at Volleyball tryouts. She'll come very soon though."
"And where's Kay?"
"She's at home. Well, my house. She's been cooking all day for you two."
"Let's go then! I'm starving!" Jason rushed put of the airport to our mother's Honda.
"Shotgun!" I called.
"Fúck!" Jason yelled.
"Jason Matthew-Ray Jones! Watch your language!" Mom barked.
"Yes, mom." And off we were to mothers house we go!
