Hailee's POV
".......Do you, Cameron Stewart, take Hailee Jones to be your lawfully wedded wife, to love and care for her, til death due you part?"
"I do." Cameron said, smiling. I looked over arbys the audience. Kyle sat there with a mad and sad expression on his face.
"And do you, Hailee Jones, take Cameron Stewart to be your lawfully wedded husband, to love" Kyle flinched. "and care for him, til death due you part?"
"I-" I couldn't finish my sentence. Kyle stood up and stormed out.
Kyle's POV
I couldn't sit there and hear that Hailee was marrying someone other than me. I just couldn't.
"Kyle! What do you think you're doing?"
"Mom, I can't! I love her too much to see her get married."
"Mom?"
"Hailee marrying someone else isn't what I imagined when I pictured my future."
"Kyle!"
"Lemme finish, mom." Lips. I felt lips on mine. Worried, I pushed the person away. Hailee stood confused in front of me.
"Now you don't want me?" She said.
"Oh, I want you." I grabbed her and planted my lips back on hers.
She grabbed my face in both of her small hands and kept my face as close as she could to mine. Which wasn't hard considering I had no intention to breaking the kiss.
The church doors opened up wide and there stood Cameron. All in a tux which the bowtie was undone and his face was pale.
"I knew it." Hailee broke the kiss and turned toward Cameron. "When I asked if I was the guy you wanted between me and him, your mouth said me. Your mind or whatever the hell you have up there, said him. Why? Just, why?"
"I-"
"She doesn't have to answer to you." I said, pulling Hailee's waist closer to me.
"Uh, if you haven't noticed, she's my fiancée. The ring on her finger proves it." He pointed to her hand which made me look.
"I don't have it." Hailee whispered.
"What?" Cameron questioned, no emotion on his face.
"I don't have it." She repeated louder.
"That was my great grandmother's ring! I had it specially cleaned for you!" He took a deep breath. "I hope you both rot in Hell." He walked out and Hailee was mine. Finally.
