*Stephine's POV*

Luke said he wanted to take me somewhere today. Well it is finally Saturday and tommorow is Luke's birthday. I'm so excited, but before that I'm curious as to where my hubby is taking me. At the moment we are in the car going towards our destination.

"Luke how far is it?"

"We just left the house 10 mins ago baby, relax would you?"

"Yeah whatever." He glances at me and sighs deeply.

"Just 15 mins more and we'll be there."

"Hmm"

"Is something wrong sweetheart?"

"Huh? No!! Not at all."

"You seem distracted"

"It's nothing. Just a small headache" I lied, to tell you the truth I was feeling a bit scared that what if Luke is taking me to the hospital? As I remember when Matt and Soph came over we discussed their childhood memories and Luke mentioned Damon being a doctor and he was talking to him before. I just hope he won't let him do anything against my will that is if he takes me to him. I close my eyes and lean back on my seat.

I have no idea when I dozed off as the next moment I felt someone shaking me lightly,"Baby wake up. We have reached. Come on you can sleep when we go back home."

"Where are we?"I said looking around and noticed a familiar parking lot. "H...hospital? Why are we here? I don't want to go in please let's go back Luke. I don't want to be here. T...this place gives me creeps. Please take me home."

* Luke's POV *

She started crying so I got out and went to her side and opened her door.

"Honey, stop crying. We will go back soon but first let's go meet my friend Damon in there. He is expecting us love." I spoke calmly. She stopped crying.

"But why is he expecting us? I never made an appointment"

"I did love. I talked to him about you falling sick a lot and that even the smallest things can triger your fever. Even right now you complained of a headache. He just wants to do a full body check up thats it."

"No needles" Now how will I answer that.

I sighed," Can't make any promises love. He didn't mention that to me."

"Fine I'll meet him, but no needles near me please." Atleast she agreed. I'll handle her when it's time to take her blood. It's such a hard job, sigh.

We went in and I told the receptionist about the appointment and she told us where Damon was. We both entered his room and without knocking.

"Hey man, How's life treating you?"

"Don't you have any sense to knock before entering you jerk. Life's treating me pretty good, you tell me how's life?"

"Knock and that too on your door? Nah I don't think so asshole. Life's pretty good too. Meet my wife,Stephine. Steph this is Damon my childhood buddy and the biggest player in our friends group" I said smirking.

" Hi Stephine, this person is lying. I wasn't the biggest player he was." She giggled

"Hi Damon. I don't trust you that my sweet hubby was the biggest player but I can't say about you either."

"Sigh. You both trying to bring me down together? Anyways come on lie down on this bed, I'll start the full body check up."

My wife hid behind me getting scared. " Sweetheart it won't hurt. Just go and lie down. You can trust Damon to do his job perfectly."
