1) yes there is going to be a sequel with taekook as a side ship (it will be out within the next twenty four ours and it will say "sequel to black blood" in the title)
2) the meaning being the stages.
basically the stages represented each step closer to jimins past relapsing and ultimately realising he was better off in busan, it only being better because yoongi wasnt there. otherwise it was the same.
stage one would've been jimins grades falling and him having sex. stage two wouldve been jimin realising things were going sour. it progressee into jimin getting in a fight with his mom, his nudes being leaked and everyone realizing he was a slut, falling in love with yoongi, confessing, and then being heartbroken. I have no idea if that was explained very well but that's the best I can do and hopefully it makes sense.
3) namjoon, hoseok and jin will not appear in the sequel!! there may be references and such. but they wont be important characters.
