Raven and Octavia find each other in every life time. (It's usually Octavia's third person point of view. Makes sense?)
It first started in 1515, where they meet at a ballroom dance hosted by The Royal Family to find a woman he finds interest in and marry. It's a masquerade party so they get to talking and get to know each other thus growing to like each other. The Prince sees their interaction and decides to break it and dance with Octavia. Octavia politely refuses but he compels her to dance then announcing that he has found the woman he shall marry. Raven tries to run towards her to fight the Prince off but the guards drag her out of the ballroom and that's the last time Octavia has seen her. (Possibly because Raven has been killed by the Guards)
(Another lifetime) The second time they meet it's during the Georgian Era (1714-1830); Octavia is sent to protect a Queen after she had received many death threats following her husband's murder. Octavia is known as the best guard and she swears to protect the Queen with her life. A festival is taking place and Raven (The Queen) decides to be a part of that festival. Guards accompany her with Octavia right by her side to ensure that no one hurts her but they didn't anticipate the arrow awaiting to pierce her heart.
(Another lifetime) The third time they meet, it's the 1920's (The Great Gatsby Era); A rich man has thrown a large party and invited everyone. Alcohol was promised so everyone showed up (it was illegal back then). Octavia is dragged to go to the party; she protests but goes anyway. At the arrival, she's handed wine and starts to drink. She sees someone that looks like Raven (Octavia remembers her from the previous lifetimes) and rushes to go meet her. In her hurry, she accidentally spills her wine on Raven. Octavia apologizes profusely but Raven assures her that her husband would buy her a new one. They get to talking and Raven suggests that they leave the party and Octavia agrees. Getting into the car, Octavia drives while Raven sits in the passenger seat and starts to sing to the music on the Radio. Raven lowers the window and starts to sing the song out the window. Out of nowhere, Octavia sees a bright light and honks of the cars can be heard. The last thing she remembers was Raven's screams.
(Another lifetime) The fourth time they meet, it's 1956. Octavia is listening to 'Fly me to the Moon' on her Walkman as she was going to her favorite record store. She enters the shop and greets the Clarke to realize that a new one has taken her place (Raven is the new cashier) . She asks about the Clarke and Raven responds that she is taking her place for a while. Raven sees what Octavia has purchased (One vinyl is an Elvis Presley) and starts talking about the concert taking place and how thrilled she is to go. Octavia mentions that she is going too and that they should go together. Octavia waits around in the store and gets to know Raven (again) until the concert starts. Raven locks up the store and they head to the venue to meet Elvis. At the concert, they sing and dance to his songs and by the end of the night they are exhausted. They decide it's getting late and they should head back to their houses. As Octavia is walking Raven to her house, they have a moment and kiss. Raven smiles shyly and gets into the house. Octavia waits for a bit and then with an attempt of walking home, she hears screams. She pounds on the door and breaks the lock to get it. To her surprise, she sees everyone killed (Raven included) and the father (she assumed he is the father) with a knife to his neck. They make eye contact and he kills himself. She spots Raven's dead body on the floor and attempts to stop the bleeding but she fails.
(Another lifetime. It's the last) The fifth time they meet, it's the present day. Octavia walks into a coffee shop and notices the barista she's been crushing on is there. She approaches her and orders the usual. Raven prepares the drink and hands it to her, Octavia finally gathers the strength to ask her out. Raven agrees and they do when Raven's shift is over. They walk around the city and buy ice-cream, rent bicycles and even skinnydip by the end of their date. As they sit by the beach, Raven starts to hum a song (Any Elvis song). Octavia looks at her and smiles. They talk about the song and Raven talks about how she had a dream about going to his concert with someone she couldn't remember. Octavia chuckles saying she had the same dream (but Octavia knows). Raven starts to get cold so Octavia drags her to a nearby cafe that sells the best hot chocolate. They rush in and order except (so unpredictable by now) a man walks in asking them to give him money. He has a gun in his hand, Raven decided to calm him down but he just shoots her, he freaks out then runs away. Octavia is left to cry and a conversation along the lines of "Not again. I've lost you so many times before and I can't lose you again. Not after I finally found you"
"If it's meant to be, we'll find each other again. You found me five times. Sixth always the charmer"
I do apologize for it being long. I just sort-of got carried away but I've had this idea for the longest time but I'm like lazy to write it. I'm a very lazy person sometime. Also, somehow if you notice, the life-times are related.
