- Christina's POV -
I quickly rushed up to my room, mentally kicking myself for almost kissing Jordan again. What the hell was I thinking?
I got changed and walked down stairs to see Jordan in the exact same spot in which I had left him.
"H-hey." He stuttered as I walked into the kitchen.
"Hi."
We stood there in silence until he spoke.
"So, what time is Allison coming?"
I took a quick glance at the clock on the wall before turning back to him, "Any minute now."
"Oh, cool." He says, rocking back and forth on his heels.
"Is this as awkward for you as it is for me?" I blurted out.
"Hell yeah." He said.
"Ok. From now on, no more awkward. Deal?"
"Deal." He smiles.
Just as he said that, the doorbell rang. I quickly ran to the door to find Adam.
"Hey. Where's Allison?" I asked.
"She's in the car."
"Oh."
"You ready?"
"Yeah let me just grab my bag." I say as I go back into the kitchen where Jordan still is.
"Bye Jordan. Don't destroy my house while I'm gone." I say as I pick up my bag from the counter.
"Don't worry about me, I'll be leaving soon anyway. I just want to spend a little more time with your flat screen." He winked.
"I knew there must be a reason why you come over all the time." I laughed.
"Have fun." He said as I walked out the kitchen back towards the front door.

I had gotten through almost all of my Jay Leno interview without him bringing up the subject of Adam but I knew it wouldn't be long before he did and I was right.
"So, Christina. I've seen recent pictures of you with a certain frontman, Adam Levine. What's going on with you two?" Jay asked me.
"Well, we're actually dating." I said.
"Wow, really?" He asked surprised. I could tell he thought that Adam was just another of my one night stands and he was right but he couldn't know.
"Yeah, we've been dating for a couple of weeks now." I say.
"Well I wish you two all the best. Thanks for being on the show tonight Christina, we hope you come back soon."
"I hope so too." I smile.
When I arrived home from my interview I was surprised to find Jordan still there, asleep on the couch.
I walked over to him and started to poke him while saying his name.
"Jordan...Jordan...Jordan...Jord-"
"What?" He asked, cutting me off.
"Why are you still here?"
"I was just watching TV and I must've drifted off to sleep. Anyway, how was your interview?" He asked, sitting up.
"It was alright I guess."
"Cool. When do you have to go out with Adam next?"
"Tomorrow actually."
"I'm sure you'll have loads of fun." He smirked.
"Shut up." I said as he laughed.
"Well, I better go. Have fun on your date tomorrow." He winked as he left.
****
The time had come for my date with my "boyfriend". I can't believe they're making me date him, I don't want a boyfriend and I don't need one. Hopefully this stunt will only last for a few weeks.
Adam was supposed to arrive at my house at 7 but being a typical guy, he was late. After about an hour of waiting around, I heard a knock on the door. I walked over to the door and answered it.
"Final-" I was cut off by him planting a kiss on my lips.
"What the hell are you doing?" I ask, pushing him away.
"There's paparazzi right over there, so I suggest you act like you're actually happy to see me." He says pulling me close and kissing me again. He then pulls away and takes my hand, leading me to his car.
We sat in silence in the car. I realised that ever since the party, Adam hasn't said more than a few sentences to me and I have no idea why. Things were so great with him at the party but now he seems like a completely different person. Wow, the affects alcohol can have on a person.
"Adam. Why do you hate me?" I ask.
"I don't hate you."
"Then why don't you talk to me? You act as though you can't stand to be near me."
"I love being near you."
"Then why don't you show it?"
"Why don't you? You slept with me, then left me. Then you acted like it never even happened."
"I was drunk and you're hot. What did you think was going to happen?"
After that he was silent for a few minutes before he spoke.
"You think I'm hot?" He smirked. I rolled my eyes and stayed silent as he continued driving with a permanent smirk plastered on his face.
After our date he took me back to his house where we watched a movie and talked for a while.
"You never really answered my question."
"And what was that?"
"You think I'm hot?" There it was, that smirk on his face again.
"You're alright." I shrugged.
"Ok but just for the record, I think you're pretty hot."
I raise an eyebrow as I look at him. He smirks at me again as he leans in and crashes his lips on to mine. I try to resist but I can't. I find myself kissing back as Adam and I have a make out session on the couch. He picks me up and carries me to the bedroom where he lays me down on the bed.
I woke up the next morning with full recollection of last night. Shit. I try to sneak out like the first time but unfortunately, he wakes up.
"Christina. Don't go, stay here with me. Please." He said.
I sigh as I make my way back to the bed and climb in next to him.
"See, it's not that bad." He said.
"What is?"
"Actually staying the morning after."
"Mornings aren't really my thing."
"Doesn't mean you have to bail. Just stay with me, have some fun. You'd be alone if you went home anyway."
I didn't reply. I just stayed there staring at the roof. As I did so, I couldn't help but think about what Jordan was doing right now.
