Project Ultimate Life Form!

With the power of the Chaos emeralds I used to beat Chaos, my memories were almost fully restored. I'm one of two ultimate life forms. I was created to help people, before me there was the prototype also known as the Bio lizard which is still aboard the Space Colony Ark and there is also that boy who has been in all my memories when I was with Maria. There was some sort of accident on the Ark, I don't know what happened to Maria or the Professor. The boy seems to have disappeared as well. I know everything except that boy's name and the fate of Maria and the professor. Is the boy my brother? He was created at the same time I was so it would make sense right? Maybe he has the answers I need or maybe they're on the Ark, either way, I have no way of getting to either of them. I don't know where the boy is and I have no way of getting to the Ark as it's still in Space but one way or another, I will discover the truth.

Following yesterday's battle, Station Square was badly damaged but everyone was helping out any way they could but it would take time to fix the mess. The downtown area was where most of the destruction was, we were lucky though. There were only a few casualties and nobody died, there were missing people though so me and Sonic rushed through the downtown area to look for people. Most of the missing people were either children, elderly people or people with disabilities. I had found three people already and Sonic had found four, leaving one young boy. Chris and a few others had to move out for a month, the house had been completely flooded. The rest of us were staying in Mystic Ruins for now until the repairs were done. Out of nowhere, Sonic stopped in front of me. "Hey! All the lost people have been found, we're all good!" He grinned. "Awesome, guess we can call it a day, later" I chuckled before rushing off in another direction. The rest of the day was pretty quiet, when I crashed for the day an interesting news story came on tv. A top-secret file code-named Project Ultimate Lifeform was stolen from the government a few hours. The original file was deleted from their computer system. "That...Sounds like Eggman's work. Is he...Going after the other one? Either way, if he's getting involved it's bad news abut he could lead me to the answers I'm looking for...I have to find Eggman."

I quickly left and started searching the whole city for him. It only took ten minutes to find his base but as soon as I got too close the alarm triggered. My spin-dash attack took out his robots easily and it was easy to get to Eggman. "A sewer rat sneaking around, we'll soon fix that!" He cackled, summoning more robots. "Why did you steal the Ultimate life form file!? Where's my brother!?" His robots retreated, a sinister grin on his face. "So you've come for answers eh? I can give you better but I'll need your help to do it!" He chuckled, this was almost definitely a trap but I didn't have much choice. "Fine, what do you need?" Eggman needed help breaking into a G.U.N. facility, that's where they were holding the real project ultimate life form which meant my brother was most likely there.

We waited until nighttime to get to Prison island, Eggman blasted a hole into the wall and we started going through the building to the lowest floor. We came across G.U.N's new robots but they were easy to take out, the alarm was triggered and the building started locking down but we still reached the basement. Inside was an ancient computer and some sort of tube, both were covered in thick layers of dust. "Now then, let's open this puppy up shall we?" Eggman laughed, he took out a Chaos emerald to start up the computer and typed in the password "Maria" the tube rose and opened. A few seconds later, a boy emerged. His skin was tanned, he had black and red hair and his eyes were red. "That's him..." He looked exactly the same from my memories. "My name is Shadow, to show my gratitude for awakening me, I am at your command though, it's a surprise to see you here Y/N" he looked over at me with a stoic expression. Shadow. So that's his name. "It's...A long story but we need to go now before we get outnumbered by the G.U.N mechs!" As soon as I finished talking, one of their Mechs smashed through the door.

Shadow leapt into action and took it down with an attack called Chaos spear. Pure chaos energy in the shape of a spear which he threw at the mech, it was a powerful attack. I wonder...Can I do the same thing? With mine and Shadow's strength combined, getting out was easy and we returned to Eggman's base. I had so many things I wanted to talk about with him but Eggman had Shadow looking for other Chaos emeralds to power up the Ark. I don't know why he wanted to do that but I could always ask him when he got back. Or at least I could have if Eggman didn't lock me up. "I can't have you interfering with Shadow's work and I can't let you go ratting me out to those pesky brats either. With the Chaos Emeralds' power and the Eclipse canon on the Ark, this world can finally be transformed into the Eggman empire!" He boasted, I was locked in a cell, guarded by Eggman's toughest robots and I couldn't break through the cell walls. "I can't believe I fell for his trap, I'm such a Knucklehead" I huffed.

Eggman was "kind" enough to put TVs in his cells. As Shadow got more emeralds, the more blame Sonic got on the news. They were already blaming him for the Prison island fiasco and now they wanted him arrested. Eggman had everybody fooled.
