Perfect Chaos

When we got back to Station Square, there was no time for relaxation. Eggman sent a huge missile into the city with the power to destroy the whole city! Luckily, Tails was able to disarm it and saved the day! Now we're on the lookout for the last Chaos Emeralds and the X-Tornado but due to Tails latest popularity we had to sneak him out of the house but it went well so now it was time to work! "So Tails, where should we start looking?" I asked as we walked through the town. "Well I'm not really sure but I guess the Mystic ruins would be a good place to start!" We took the train to Mystic ruins and walked through the forest, it was starting to get foggy and the clouds were going dark. We kept walking around but didn't find the X-Tornado or another Chaos Emerald but we did find "Sonic!" Tails cheered before we ran over. "What's up, guys?" He grinned. "Yup, Amy's safe and sound. We're looking for the X-Tornado!" Lightning struck followed by thunder. "Looks like a storms coming..."

We got back to looking and found Knuckles standing over Eggman. "Knuckles! What'd you do to him?" Sonic asked "nothing I found him like this" he answered, Tails poked his leg with a stick to see if he was still alive. "What happened this time Egghead?" "Chaos turned on me. It wants to use the power of the Chaos Emeralds for itself" he told us but didn't know where Chaos actually was. He was then rescued by his two robot pals. "If Chaos is acting on his own, we've really got to get a move on! There's only Emerald left, if Chaos gets to it first, we might not be able to stop it!" I told the others but Chaos could be anywhere, it could even have the last emerald right now. "Hey, you guys! Look!" Chris came running over to us and he had the last emerald! "Alright! Nice going, Chris!" I grinned, if we could keep this emerald safe for a while we might come up with a way to beat Chaos! But of course, nothing is that simple. Chaos attacked from underground, capturing Chris in a Whirlpool and Chaos got the last emerald. Knuckles and Sonic were able to rescue him but now we were in big trouble.

We all rushed back to Station Square at full speed but when we got there, it was too late. The city was completely flooded and Chaos was a full monster with unbeatable power! Sonic and I tried our spindash attacks on his usual weak spot but we couldn't even get close, he just knocked us back. We regrouped with the others for now. "It's no use! Without the Chaos Emeralds, we can't land a single hit!" Eggman arrived with the Egg Carrier 2.0 but as expected that was also a useless attempt. There was a bright light and a girl who looked slightly similar to Knuckles appeared. "I am Tikal. Since the day of my father's invasion, I have journeyed across the seas of eternal time with Chaos to help keep its power under control but some fiend woke Chaos with a plan to use its power for an evil purpose" She explained to us. "Sounds like Eggman's work, what a surprise" I sighed heavily.

As we were talking, Chaos spat out the Chaos Emeralds and they scattered across the flooded city, one landed by us but its usual bright colour was replaced by a dull grey look. "The Emeralds...Chaos drained them of their power! Ever since my clan attacked the temple, Chaos has only known anger and hatred. It will use the power of the emeralds to destroy this world, we have to seal it in the Master Emerald before it's too late!" Tikal urged "but if we do that, Chaos could just get out again and the same thing will keep happening. We have to end this here and now!" Sonic responded. Tails, Amy, Cream, Knuckles and the others all came running over to us, each of them holding a drained Chaos emerald but Chaos wasn't just going to sit around whilst we made a plan, he launched a power attack of blasts aimed at us. Me and Sonic got everyone out of the way but Sonic got injured. "Sonic! Are you ok!?" I knelt down next to him, one hit really messed him up. Just how powerful is that monster!? "Y-yeah I'll be ok" he chuckled quietly. The Chaos emeralds started glowing again as they lifted into the air and circled around me. "Amazing! It looks like Y/N can use the Chaos Emerald's power too!" Tails grinned. "But...I thought the Emerald's power could only be awakened through anger!" Tikal pointed out. "There are stronger powers like friendship" Knuckles corrected.

I felt a surge of power run through my body. My hair went yellow and my a reddish colour, I had the power to beat Chaos once and for all! I healed up Sonic and got to business. "You guys stay here! I'll deal with this monster once and for all!" I grinned before rushing off to Chaos, I dodged all of its attacks and blocked the blast it sent at Chris and the others. "Nice try but you'll have to do better than that!" I taunted before charging at it again, it tried attacking with one of its tendrils but I caught it with my hand and destroyed it. "Is that the best you can do?" I chuckled. It fired another blast which I charged through until I was inside its head. I unleashed all the Chaos energy before landing on the ground, Chaos' body blowing up behind me.

The Chaos Emeralds separated from my body and got scattered again but Chaos was still here but it looked...Happy? The Chao that came with Tikal flew around Chaos, all making happy chimes. "It looks like Super Y/N was able to destroy Chaos' anger so he looks really happy!" Tails beaned. With the day saved, Tikal, the Chao and Chaos disappeared and Eggman disappeared whilst we were distracted. "You did it Y/N!" Chris said a happy grin on his face. "We all did it!" We all went home for the day. Tomorrow and a for a while, we had a lot of work to do to get Station Square back to normal.
