Chapter 1

LAURENS POV

today is my first day of third grade! I had to wear a dress and I couldn't stop twirling!!
Since I'm older, I get to sit in the front seat!!!!!! Amazing!

Recess

ALEXS POV

me and my friends are playing truth or dare!!

Aaron: Alex! Truth or dare?

Alex: dare!

Aaron looked around to find something I can do.

Aaron: Oo I got it!! I dare you, to kiss that girl!!

Alex: ewwwww cooties!!! Wait is that Lauren? I won't do it!

Aaron: I double-dog dare you!!!

Alex: oh fine!!

Aaron: and I'll give you two quarters!!

Alex: two? Ok I'll do it!

I went over to the girl that Aaron said I have to kiss
I ran over to her and kissed her on the cheek and ran away.

Lauren: ewwwwww!!!! Hey!!!!!

Lauren started to chase me and Alex with her friends.
Then recess was over.

Story time!!

Me and Aaron sat next to each other.

Teacher: ok kids today I'm going to tell you, the story of the princess and the prince!

Alex: blehh!

Aaron: ughhhhhhh!

Teacher: do I hear whining?

Alex: no.

Teacher: ok!

Me and Aaron whispered to each other the whole time until.....

Teacher: Alex move away from Aaron.

I moved away from Aaron and over to Lauren.
She scooted over a little bit.
I whispered to her.

Alex: Lauren!

Lauren: what?

Alex: hi!

Lauren:  boys have cooties!

Alex: I don't! I got my va-vakkination.

Lauren: its pronounced vaccination!

Alex: wanna be my girlfriend?

Lauren: no!!

Teacher: shut up or I will, *sigh* ok Stacy, your a teacher. You can't smack for students with a ruler.

Me and Lauren looked at each other weirdly.

Alex: can we be friends?

Lauren: ok fine. I guess we can be friends.
