teacher: Tessa you sit here, and roi you sit by Tyler, and Alex you sit over here,

Alex: I wanna sit next to roi!

Teacher: go to your seat.

Alex: fine.

Teacher: Lauren you sit by Alex!

Lauren: cool!

Alex: sup!

Lauren: this is going to be fun!

Teacher: baz you sit next to Tyler.

Lauren: dang it, he's sitting on the other side of the room.

Alex: so is roi. They're having so much fun!

Lauren: at least one friend is over here with me!

Alex: yeah!

Classmate: can you shut up?!?!?!?! I'm trying to learn!

Alex: who even wants to learn about the ecosystem?

Some classmate: I do!!!!!

Lauren: all I hear is blah blah blah!!!!

Some classmate: teacher!!!!

A couple months into the school year

LAUREN'S POV

I GOT A PHONE TODAY!!!!!!!!! Sweeeettttt!!! I got Mia's number, Jessica's number, Remi's number, Alex's number, Bethany's number, karina's number, and I haven't gotten baz's number yet. I'm wayyyyyy to scared to ask! It would be sooo awkward if I just asked him! He's also says he's moving away in fifth grade!!!! Nooooo! I need another chain!
I texted Alex to ask baz.

Lauren: sup!
Alex: hiiiiiiii!
Lauren: can I ask you a question?
Alex: sure!!!
Lauren: do you know baz's number? Because as you know, he's my crush.
Alex: no I don't.
Alex: but Tyler does!
Lauren: have me know his number by the end of the week. I need to know!!!!!
Alex: the end of the week is the last day of school....
Lauren: yeah!!!!
Alex: have you ever talked to him? Ya know, a conversation?
Lauren: not yet. But just please get his number from Tyler!!!!!
Alex: ok!

I texted Tyler

Alex: yo man! I need baz's number!
Tyler: why?
Alex: Lauren wants it!
Tyler: oohhhhh 😏  wait why are are you giving your crush her crush's number?
Alex: because she asked for it!
Tyler: you can't just help her get with the guy she wants to! do you have to make her fall in love with you!!!
Alex: I don't want to make her! If she doesn't like me she doesn't like me!
Tyler: then I'm not giving you his number!
Alex: give me Baz's number or I won't talk to you or give you my twizzlers on Monday!
Tyler: I bought my own back of twizzlers! Ha!
Alex: whatever man!

Alex: hi Lauren.
Lauren: what's his number??
Alex: Tyler won't give it to me!
Lauren: why?? I NEED it!!!!
Alex: uh, Idk!

Alex: couldn't you just, ask him? Yourself?
Lauren: I can't! I'm too nervous!

I got a text from Tyler

Tyler: I hacked into your text messages! Why are you pushing her to him???? I thought you liked liked her!!!!
Alex: you hacked into my text messages???
Tyler: don't worry about that part of my message. Why are you pushing her to baz????? You don't want to go to the sixth grade dance alone do you?????!!!!
Alex: I guess not. Ok. I'll go for her!!
