LAURENS POV
yo! It's fifth grade! I can't believe it!
Mom: you nervous?
Lauren: duh!!!!!
Mom: want me to walk you in?
Lauren: mom! I'm in fifth grade now! I think I can walk on my own!
Mom: ok! Have a good first day!
I got out of the car and had time left to wait with my friends!
Alex: hey um, do you know where-
Lauren: Alex!!!!!
Alex: Lauren!!!!
I hugged Alex as tight as I did when we saw each other on the last day of fourth grade!
Alex: I missed you!!
Lauren: I missed you too!!!
Into the school year
Principal: all students of maxwell! Please to announce the fifth grade dance on Friday at the gym!
Alex: Lauren!! We could go together!!
Lauren: yeah!!!
To be continued... pretty soon.... I hope so.... I promise by next week.... but I'm determined to finish this..... I bet I can do it by next week... if I work hard.... to be continued....
