Ninth Nightfall: Part Three: The Mumble

As their Center came in, every one of them waited for its announcement. Silently waiting until it stands in the center and looks to each one of them.

"I am glad to see that the Clan Leaders were almost here." The Center speaks. "Though Lord Jayvee wasn't here yet, we could still start this meeting." It said.

"What is this all about?" Lord Jamar asked.

"I know it might sound alarming but the voices that mix in the air at the town starts to change into whisper and it seems that it was telling about the upcoming war." The Center answered that everyone got vocally speaks in mumble because of it.

"That's alarming!" Lord Jack said.

"Yes, it is." Lord Jasmine agreed.

"Oh, this might be the start." Lord Jamar said and so on with the others too but one of them breaks their commotion.

"It is all started when the moon suddenly colors in crimson that also affects the two Vampire sons." Lord Julio said that keeps them quiet.

"Lord Julio was right," the Center agreed. "Lord Jay, what did you find out about it?"

"We still don't know anything, Lord Center." It answered. "We've already tried our best to find the source of their mysterious sudden death." it added.

"We've already made our own investigation about it," Lord Jasmine answered. "But that night, when the moon turns red, we couldn't find any trace how it became red."

The Center sighs deeply. "It seems that it was the Immortals doing." He suddenly announces that surprised them.

"My Lord," it was Mister Goal who speaks. "Lord Jayvee already told me that he found traces of Immortals escape from the underground."

"How could that be?!" Lord James asked in surprised.

"He didn't give me the details," it answered. "But he would explain it as soon as he comes back."

"We couldn't prevent their coming since that the Awakening was already near." The Center answered.

"That's the one problem Lord Center." Lord Jay speaks. "We still don't know who the Hybrid Princess is." it said that everyone agreed, though.

After the Councils' meeting...

"My Lord," Mister Goal bow in his front.

"When would Lord Jayvee exactly to come?" the Center asked seriously because knowing that it was only Lord Jayvee has a lead to find the escapes Immortals.

"He'll be here next week, my Lord." It answered.

He takes a deep before he answered. "And it seems he won't catch me up in my place." He answered meaningfully.

"My Lord, why are you letting the traitor do his things behind your back?" it asked out of the blue since that it knows the truth.

"Sto solo lasciarlo fare quello che voleva da quando qualcuno lo controllava dall'esterno." He answered in Italian to prevent someone to understand if there's a spy lingers around.

"Uno degli Immortali di fuga?" it asked.

"Sì e no."

"Cosa intendi, mio Signore?" it asked in puzzle.

A smile forms from his lips before he answered. "È un Immortale. Sì! Ma la sua immortale finì già da tempo." He said. "That is why who ever save her from the edge of doom I am so sure it is someone from the Immortal one. Someone who that can save an Immortal soul from the underworld," he added.
