After long hours of waiting, the bell finally rung to remind school's over. I waited outside for Rosie to come out and go home with me. About five minutes later, she arrived. "Sorry I kept you waiting!" she called out. "It's alright. You ready?"

"Yep! Let's go." As we walked, we talked about our similarities and turns out that we do have a lot in common. Pretty shocking in my opinion. But, I let it go. After we talked about that, I thought it's about time that I ask her how she knew about my parents.

"So Rosie, how old are you? Not to be rude," I turned to her. Rosie smiled whilst looking down. "I'm only a year older than you," she replied softly. Only a year older?

"How did you met my parents, anyway?" I asked. She seemed to be hesitating something before telling whatever-it-is to me. "Well?" I'm becoming impatient now.

Rosie looked up at me with a little hope in her eyes. "My parents..I..um..well.." She stuttered. Rosie sighed and stop walking. "Do you mind if we sit at the park bench over there?" She pointed at the park. I looked up. Well, she's right. It's still quite early, so we might as well rest I guess. "Alright, come on then," I replied.

"So," I said, "aren't you gonna tell me what happened?" Rosie just nodded and smiled. I guess she knows what I'm talking about. We found a free-open bench across from where we are. Rosie and I sat down and she looked at me..with those..so bright silver eyes.

"Your mother is my mother's sister, actually. I didn't knew they weren't good friends with each other until I met your parents. My mom told me, 'Whatever you do, don't become friends with aunt Ruko okay?'" Rosie said softly. I was hurt. So right now she isn't supposed to be friends with me? Wow..

I hugged Rosie, and softly I said, "Well, we'll always be friends. Always and forever. Remember that, okay?"  Rosie nodded and smiled from ear-to-ear. "Alright,"

With that, the sun sets peacefully in the west.
