"It's really nice to see you too, auntie!" Rosie exclaimed. By now she's probably crying tears of joy along with my mom. Since they're both happy to see each other, I went over to my dad. "Hey, daddy," I said looking into his red eyes. Runo probably got that from our dad. And if you're wondering, I got my purple eyes from my mom. Since her eyes are blue and red.
"How was school?" was all my dad said. "It was really weird," I said, making a disgusted face. Daddy just laughed and patted my back. "Well, Rhea, it was hard before you were born." He said.
"What do you mean?" I asked, facing him. "I mean, did you even know Rosie?" Daddy nodded and smiled. He stood up and took a picture frame with four or five people in it. I'm kind of guessing it's Rosie's family and my parents, no me at all. My daddy gave me the picture so I looked at it carefully.
Yep, there they are; Rosie's family. "Her mom's name is Rena," Daddy said. Then it hit me. All of my family's name starts with an R.
"It sounds like my name..." I whispered softly. Daddy nodded once again. We both turned our heads to mommy and Rosie.
"You ladies have things settled?" My daddy asked them. But rose-girl looked excitedly at daddy and pretty much tackled and hugged him at the same time.
The roses are finally blooming.
