Love is something you don't waste. It's a virtue that happens rarely. Many people use love as an excuse but don't. It's not worth an excuse. Love comes once in a while, it takes time so wait for it.
That's what I thought before I met Collin Jacobs, the best guy in the world. He's the best person actually. Before him, I thought my world would end. I was about to commit suicide, but he saved me. He saved my soul. He was my everything. Collin would be there for me and once in a while we would argue. But what's a relationship without arguing?
We were going to the movies, me and Collin. It's 6:30 and we were driving in his car. We were at the stop light and when the light turned green, we drove on. Suddenly, a green car at Collin's side speeds through its red light and slams into the side of the car. That side was Collin's side. The car tips over to its side. That's all I remember.
I woke up in a hospital with tests running and a big bandage on my forehead. My mom and sister were in the room.
"Mom?", I said.
"Lilly!", she said happily.
"What happened?", I asked.
"You were in an accident with Collin while driving, honey."
"Oh. Where's Collin?"
"Honey...."
"WHERE IS HE?"
"I'm so sorry, Lilly. But Collin, he died of impact from the accident."
"WHAT? NOO." I started crying and I wouldn't stop. He can't be dead. He's strong and brave. He can't be. This is all my fault. If we I didn't chose to go to the movies, none if this would've happened. It's all my fault.
After all my crying, I went back to sleep.
