hey look up

does your heart deserve this

does it

no it does not

we both know this

so come on

pick you head up

put your clothes on

you have been disgraced

but did they kill you

can you not stand

will you not live

and do so fabulously

just so you can prove them wrong

make it his loss

not yours

because if he left you

left you broken

if he raped you

if he made you do it

then it is his loss

that he lost you

for you can be a jewel

you are a diamond

just take the pressure

live twenty more years

and odds are

you'll have your one

come on now

let's get up and go for a walk

for we can't run yet into the ones arms

but we can walk about

and become something great

so we can see him from our pedestal

and see him once you've walked on far enough

and trust me

it will be rough

and life will be tough

but hey that's life

but come on

go on a walk

and pick your head up

and begin your walk

independently
