I walk to my friends and pinch the bridge of my nose in frustration. I look at them when I reach them, smiling right away. Karlie had come into view too, just between Cara and Martha across me.

"Guess where we're going for our honeymoon?" Martha grins, making a dramatic pause.

That's one thing that Josh said to her that it's a surprise until the wedding day, since they'll leave the very next day.

"Where?!" Selena asks impatiently and I place a hand on her shoulder.

Martha clears her throat before answering. "This is gonna be cliché but...Paris." she breaks into a huge smile.

"Woah, no freaking way." I was first to say.

"That's where you guys met." Karlie comments.

"Exactly!" Martha squeals. "Wouldn't it be just right for us to spend it in the place we met?"

"You guys couldn't get anymore cliché," Cara chuckles and rests her elbow on my shoulder.

"Shush," I nudge her. "That's so romantic. I think it's perfect, especially at the end of Summer."

"It is! I can't wait!" She jumps a little.

"How long are you gonna be there?" Selena asks.

"Three weeks. He remembered I can't take a break for too long from work." She bit her lip. "I'm so excited." She grins again.

"Just don't get pregnant yet." Cara remarks and we laugh at it, punching her lightly too.

"Of course not. Does it look like I can handle babies just yet?" She rolls her eyes playfully. "I gotta go now, I can see my mother-in-law having her hundredth drink from here, don't disappear just yet you guys." She passes between me and Selena to the drinks table.

Karlie disappears just after that however, some guy taking her to the dance floor and I can she's done a lot of that since her hair is really messy now.

I feel Cara wrap her arm around my shoulders, and speaks up right away. "Didn't wanna bring this up in front of Martha, but is he gonna be around you all the time?" She asks, looking back at who I assume is Harry and I know right away she had seen me staring at him when I was standing.

"I don't know," I quietly say.

"Who?" Selena asks.

"Ex-fiancé," Cara answers and I roll my eyes at the phrase.

"Harry's here?" She asks surprised.

Same girl.

"Yup. And she can't talk to him because she stood him up on their little date." I elbow her and she recoiled away. "Hey, just telling her what you told me."

"You what?" Selena gasps with a short laugh, covering her mouth. She looks behind me to where I know Harry is still sitting. "He got a haircut?"

"Yeah, a while ago." I answer. Now that I really notice, I believe he cut again since I haven't seen him in over five months.

"Why did you stand him up? How did you even agree to a date with him?"

"It wasn't a date." I pointedly look at Cara. "We were going to hang out in a cafe for brunch, but I got a little issue at work and I was an hour late and when I went there he wasn't there. I was too embarrassed to call him to be honest, I wouldn't have known what to tell him." I explain briefly.
