I'm currently in my class before lunch, after the what Rino had told me this morning, school has been going really slow. I mean I'm glad that's a kind of a good thing. I really don't wanna go to that dinner thing, I feel so embarrassed. My eyes begin slowing closing as the teacher is talking.
"Hey Mitsuki!"
"36." I yell out. Rino is just laughing at my expression, as I begin to. His smile is just-
"It's time for lunch." He says, walking away.
"Hey, Rino since we're neighbors and friends, do you wanna sit with my friends at lunch?" I say, catching up to him.
"Sounds like a plan."Lunch was amazing, well it's always pretty great with my friends. I have Luke, who failed horribly trying to throw the volleyball at me, on the first day of this school year. He has long blonde hair and is around 5'4 I would know since every year he would check if he got any taller then me, which he hasn't, mind I'm 5'9. I met him around 4th grade, and since then we've have always been friends. I also have Danny, met him last year, and unlike the rest of us, he still has two more years of high school. Laniey, I meet her and Trihn in 6th grade. And overtime, we started hanging out with each other, until it became our everyday thing.
We go outside to play volleyball, and as we're all playing, Rino goes to the bathroom and they drop the ball immediately as they see no sign in him.
"So what's going on??" Laniey asks with a wink.
"Huh?"
"Rino. We saw the way you we're looking at him." She says.
"It's nothing. You guys are crazy." I nervously say.
"Mitsuki, there is a basket of volleyballs over there." Trihn says.
"So?"
"I swear, Mitsuki tell me what the hell is happening between you guys." She says, as Laniey is holding her from trying to attack me.
"Okay, well while I was on a date, he came and kissed me."
"Wait- what, when did this-"
"Oh look, Rino is coming. I better go 5 more minutes till class." I say walking away. I can tell they're all glaring at me, but as I look behind me they all have volleyballs in the hands.
"Okay, no need of violence. Remember in 5th grade, violence is never the answer..." I say nervously, as I throw my backpack at one of them and make a run for it.
"Tell us." Trihn yells, behind me.
"STOP WITH THE VIOLENCE, USE YOUR WORDS." I yell. The whole time this is happening Rino is just standing, laughing at us. I can't help, but to notice that he's smiling as he's looking at me.
