I push the cafeteria doors and run through the hallway, looking for Danny. I look through the classroom windows hoping to find him till I enter the gym and I see him there shooting hoops. I try to join in the game and block him from shooting but he ends up shooting anyways.
"Okay well, basketball isn't my sport it's baseball." I say, as I move to the right of the court as he continues to shoot baskets. "Well... what are you doing-"
"Why are you here Mitsuki?" Danny asks.
"You just randomly left the cafeteria, so I came to see what's up with you and such."
"What I told you at your house, that's what's up, I should have- I dont know said something earlier." Danny says, as he throws the ball to the side.
"What do you mean?" I ask, confused.
"I never expected this to happen, I mean I thought I was straight until I met you. You changed everything for me, but I never knew how to tell you... so I thought maybe it will just pass by till Rino came along, I don't understand we don't even know him, he doesn't know you." Danny says, as he's pacing back and forth.
"I don't know what to say I mean... I do think Rino really cares about me and yesterday I decided to finally give him a chance-"
"Why did you give him a chance? Why him out of all people?" Danny asks, looking straight at me.
"What is that suppose to mean?" I ask, raising my voice.
"He doesn't know you Mitsuki. He doesn't know you like your family knows you or your friends, he just doesn't. I just don't want to see you hurt again, especially after everything that happened with Jamie-"
"Maybe it's just you who doesn't know me Danny."
"He is a complete stranger. Do you even know why he moved here Mitsuki? Try asking him yourself and see what he says, because I sure know and he's not the person you think he is." He says, walking out the gym.
As he walks out, I stand there,
not knowing what to think. Not knowing where to go from here. What am I suppose to do now?
