~ 1 month later ~

It's crazy to think I was in a hospital for instability. Or maybe I needed to be here. It's time to delve in my past. I once had this boyfriend for a long time. When I was tired of waiting for him to propose, I bought a ring and was going to propose myself, when I saw  him with my ex-best friend, Sally Winchester. They were in his room, screwing on the couch. When I walked in they claimed it was not what it looked like, and I left the house in a frenzy.

I told Carmen about that story and here she is, doing almost the same exact thing as Sally did. She came to me the first day of my admission and apologized, calling herself a horrible friend. I yelled at her, told her of my story and she left, tears flowing down her cheeks.

Anthony found out from Ian and bought me a new apartment. I packed my bags and went, no questions asked. I remember that day vividly.

On Moving day:

"You bitch! All because you wanted a taste. Fucking coming on to me and not letting me go even though I said no. Now she's moving and ignoring me! I hope you're happy!" Ian slammed the door and almost knocked me over, muttering a swift apology.

Carmen was sobbing on the couch, but I ignored her until she finally said, "Chelsea... I'm sorry... please... don't do this to me."

"And let you get away with what you did to me? Hell no. I'm ditching your sorry ass." Carmen let out a shrill cry and I slammed the door. My phone went off, but I ignored it. When I got in the car Scott's ringtone sounded and I had no choice but to answer it or I wouldn't hear the end of it.

"Hello?" I tried to say it with as much kindness as possible, but it failed. "It's Scott."

"I know. I have Caller ID." He chuckled. "I heard you were in the hospital for a month. What happened?"

~ Present ~

Scott was lounging at my apartment, talking to me about Superfruit. Then he told me an interesting thing. "I broke up with Mickey."

"Why?"

"All those horrible things she said about you. Then when you left she said, 'she's probably going to screw his brains out then leave him.' I lost it. I told her to treat you with respect, but I dumped her. I left her with the bill. I know, a douchebaggy thing for me to do, but word on the street is she had to work for the bill to be paid off." Scott laughed to himself and looked at me. "Come here." He patted the spot next to me. I gingerly sat next to him and watched his face. Why did he want me to sit next to him?

"Are you sure you're okay? Ever since you were released you seem kind of distant." I opened my mouth to respond, but someone rang the doorbell. "I don't think I was expecting anyone." I got up and Scott watched me as I opened the door. Ian was standing there with Anthony behind him. "I came to tell you what happened. Don't push me away please. I want you to know." Anthony nodded to me. "I trust him. I even called Carmen to ask her to tell me the truth of that night. They sounded similar."

"You can tell me right here. I have company." Scott stood behind me, hand on my back. Something flickered between Ian and Scott and then it disappeared in a flash. "I'm waiting."

I woke up, smiling at Chelsea. She was so perfect. Maybe not in her eyes, but in mine. I put on my shirt and jeans and walked out of the door, fixing my hair. Carmen was sitting at the table drinking coffee.

"How was it? The sex? I heard nothing."  Her bright blue eyes flickered over to me before going back to drinking her coffee. "We didn't have sex. That's our business anyways." She laughed. "Right. Because Chels didn't text me asking if you two should have sex. She doesn't trust you with her body yet."

"Quit talking like you're an evil sorceress in a book. Talk normal." She dragged me to the couch and I stared at her in surprise. "Just one taste. She won't know." She pressed her lips to mine and I tried to push her off of me. "No!" I gasped, but it sounded different to Carmen. She was spurred on and ran her nails along my chest underneath my shirt. This woman suddenly became really strong. A shrill sound came from Chelsea' s room and Carmen broke away, staring in horror. I knew Chelsea had caught us. She didn't know that Carmen forced me. "Chelsea! It isn't what it looks like!" She ran to her room, slammed and locked the door. I began pounding my fist on door. It cracked open and I tore my way through, promising myself to by them a new door. Chelsea was sprawled across the bed, blood oozing from her wrists. Carmen was at the door, staring in horror. "I didn't mean for it to go this far!"

"Shut the hell up and call the paramedics!" I cradled her body against my chest. "Chels... please don't..."

I was silent. To know Ian cared about me still made me speechless. I unexpectedly hugged him and he shook. Anthony and Scott were silent. I tucked my head in the crook of his neck. He rubbed my back and I sighed. "I'm sorry. For everything." My phone went off.

Carmen - I did it to get you and Scott together. Sorry.

I threw my phone onto the couch. I didn't notice Ian left. "They said they had to film. Ian said bye." He stuffed his hands into his pockets and looked at me. "So... Carmen made out with Ian to try to get you with me?" I nodded.

"I don't want to be with you. It's too soon. I don't want it to seem like we dumped people to be together. Plus... with the paparazzi following me around." Scott looked at me awkwardly.

"Is that really why you broke up with Mickey?" Scott cupped my cheek. "Partially." He lowered his lips to mine. When they touched sparks flew. It was like a rose finally blooming after being dead for so long. Scott pulled away. "I wish I'd kiss you sooner. Then this amazing feeling would be mine to keep." He leaned forward again and I sighed in the kiss.

Scott was the first to pull away. He closed the curtains and sat down on the couch. I sat next to him and we spent the rest of the day cuddling on the couch and watching Superfruit.

"So, about what I said earlier."

"When someone confesses they didn't cheat on you, what do you do?" Scott frowned. "Why didn't he pull away? Carmen isn't that strong." He was right. Carmen was like a twig. "You're right. I don't blame him for kissing her. Every guy wants to." I crossed my arms and looked away from Scott. Even you...

My phone went off. It was from Ian.

Ian - So... are we friends or what? I don't know honestly.

I stared at my phone, about to type my answer.
