When they got to the scene they went to find out who the missing firefighter was. The driver of the truck said that it was Caption Gage and with that Abigail started to worry what happened to her dad. Once the department heard these words they started to learn where he is and how to find him. They had the plan and went to go find him in the area that he was in. They found him and he passed out from all the smoke. Audrey and Jackson come to get him on a backboard and in the ambulance. Abigail went in the squad with Jackson and would see how he was then go back to the brush fire to finish the rest of the shift. When Dix said that all he had was burns, was sleeping and he should be out soon Abigail was relaxed and rode with the squad back to the fire. They got back to the fire and companies were able to go back to their stations and 51 was one of the first companies to go back. Cap asked why she wasn't at the hospital with her dad and she answered that he was sleeping and his company was there. With that they went to bed and shift ended tomorrow morning.
*Time Skip After Shift*
Once shift ended she went to the hospital to see how her dad is because he is all she has left after her mom died of cancer. When she went in his room he was awake and watching the tv that is in the room s she entered quietly but that didn't work because he heard her close the door. After a bit the door opens and Dix comes in saying that John can leave this afternoon. John is getting ready to leave and Abigail is taking him to his house and going to drop him off for work next shift since his truck is still at the station from last shift.
