"Halt! Who goes there?"

I groaned inwardly and looked at helmet boy, the one who spoke.
"I am (M/n). Heir to Gardasia, here to sign a treaty with the Lord of Phoenix Drop!" Declaring loudly as I made sure to get a good look at all.
Brownie looked at me suspiciously before he climbed down and opened the gates. I let (H/n) take me inside the gates before hopping off them.
"Where can I find the Lord?" I asked Helmet Boy but in the distance I noticed a large purple and white house. "Nevermind.."
I handed my reins to Blueberry as I started walking towards the house. The first thing I noticed was a child playing on the playground beside the house. I smirked at the giant smile on their face.
Knocking on the door with Helmet Boy and Brownie behind me, I held my hands in front of me, patiently waiting for the Lord to answer. Once they did, I noticed a beautiful lady with flowing black hair and amber eyes. I bowed and brought her hand to my lips, kissing her knuckle.
"It's a pleasure to meet you, my Lady." I put on a smile as her cheeks tinted with pink. She nodded and moved out of the doorway, I walked in with the two guards in tow.

Sitting on a comfy couch while drinking tea is my well..Cup of tea! The atmosphere was peaceful and the fresh smells added to it. Lady Aphmau, as I had found out not long ago, sat in front of me and waited. I pulled out the rolled up parchment and put it in front of Lady Aphmau.
"Do you wish to sign this to make an alliance between Phoenix Drop and Gardasia? If you are fine with giving and receiving help and resources, sign below your village name.." I honestly hated sounding so emotionless and serious all the time but that's just what I have to do as Prince.
Once Aphmau signed, I took my turn and signed below the kingdom's name, sealing our agreement. I rolled the parchment back up and stuck it in my outfit.
"Thank you for agreeing, Lord Aphmau." I bowed again a turned to the door, going to go look for Blueberry but ironically, I was stopped.
"Wait! Mustn't you stay?" Lady Aphmau called from behind me.
"My Lady, it would be smarter not to. My father is quite strict." I looked over my shoulder to the Lord.
She sighed, as if understanding. "Please, it's the least I could give for your travels."
After a bit more of the bantering I gave in and accepted her offer to stay, only for tonight though.
Father shouldn't mind me staying for one night... Right?
