At the trial of the humans that had weapons at the protest the supporters of Peaceful Dragon stand outside the court house. They claim that dragons are nothing but animals and deserve to be treated like animals. Supporters of the dragons call the supporters of Peaceful Dragon murders, terrorist, heartless creatures of evil. The situation was deteriorating quickly. In a surprise move the president approves an executive order that says killing a dragon is a federal offense. The executive order makes the crime a capital offence. Murder One, punishment for the crime is death by leathal injection. It also makes it a federal crime to assist in the murder of a dragon, depending on involvement the punishment is life in prison without parole or death. The one who killed the dragon was charged with murder and is given the death penalty and everyone who had a weapon was charged with attempted murder and given life in prison without parole. The news of the charges against them spread across the news media like wildfire.

The President calls for a press conference, at the press conference the president makes it clear that any attempt to kill a dragon or the murder of a dragon will not be tolerated.

In response to the executive order Peaceful Dragon calls for a campaign to force the surrender of all supporters of the dragons. The President responds to Peaceful Dragon with a warning.
Any attack, any attempt to kill or harm in any way will be considered a act of terrorism.
In addition the President makes it clear that from now on any attack on dragons or supporters of the dragons will be considered an act of treason.

James makes it clear that the dragons are not to interfere with any protests by the humans. The murder of the last dragon had James thinking that Athena was right. Zero involvement with the humans, James knew that he would be throwing away everything he had worked so hard for. In an effort to put some pressure on the President in hopes of getting something done, James calls the President.
"Mr. President, until this situation with Peaceful Dragon is resolved there will be no further negotiations. I can not afford the death of another dragon, and you can't afford to have Nightmare taking matters into her own claws."

Both were aware of Nightmare's ultimatum and neither James or the president wanted that to happen. Five weeks go by and Peaceful Dragon supporters were still attacking anyone who was a dragon supporter. Having had her fill Nightmare lays waste to the Peaceful Dragon headquarters, structures were half gone if not completely gone.
As Nightmare makes good on her warning she sees a couple of children being abused by who she thought was their parent.
Male adult.
"Listen you little shit. I don't care about the dragons, and I forbid you to ever see that dragon again."

Teenage Daughter.
"But, we love each other. This isn't fair you can't....."

The daughter never gets to finish what she was saying, the father back hands her making her mouth bleed.
"I don't care! If you contact that dragon again I will throw you out of my house!"

Teenage son.
"Dad, that was uncalled for! Why can't we....."

The father back hands the son.
"Shut up! You have no right to criticize me."

Daughter.
"Ever since mom died you have become more and more of an ass hole!"

The father strikes his daughter.
"Shut up you stupid little bitch!"

Nightmare roars loudly and says.
"Children, come to me. You sir are unworthy to call yourself a father."

The father looks at Nightmare and says as he pulls out a knife.
"Fuck you dragon! You have no right to say something about my parenting style. Take your fucking lizard ass and get the fuck out of here."

The children back away from their father as Nightmare growls.
Nightmare's eyes change it looked like a swirling storm was raging in them.
"Dark shadow of justice. Come forth and take this evil creature to where it belongs."

A dark shadow appears and engulfs the father, as he fights a red glow shows below him as the ground opens up. The crowd that had gathered watches in amazement and fear as he is taken into the depths of hell. Supporters of Peaceful Dragon were watching and they switch sides.

The son says with spiteful words.
"That's right, go to where you belong, you fucking evil creature."

The daughter crying says.
"You finally got what you deserve. Good bye you fucking ass hole, I know you killed mom."

Nightmare looks at the humans and says.
"Tell Peaceful Dragon, if they don't change their ways, that is their fate." Nightmare looks at the children and says.
"Come with me, I know of a dragon family that will be happy to call you their children."

The son and daughter nod and climb on Nightmare and sit on her back. Nightmare nuzzles both of them and says.
"First stop is the hospital to get medical attention for your wounds."

The crowd watches as Nightmare flies off with the children. It had become obvious that Peaceful Dragon had no choice but to submit and change. A new dragon had joined the fight for peace, and she wasn't afraid to punish those who were a threat to that peace. Word spreads about Nightmare and what she said, in one last effort Peaceful Dragon launches an attack on James. They believed that with James gone thr dragons would give up.

So it begins, war is coming. It would seem that Peaceful Dragon had been planning this all along. The attack on James was going to spark a full assault from the dragons and the President of the United States wasn't going to be able to stop it. I hope James is able to quell the rage before it becomes the world against the dragons.
