Annabelle's pov

"Don't worry, it's probably just your imagination." Lucy giggled behind us. Peter turned around, sharing a glance with Susan.

"I don't suppose saying we're sorry would quite cover it."

No. It wouldn't." Lucy said and Peter hung his head. She smirked and brought a snowball from behind her back.

"But this might!" She chucked the snow at her brother, nailing him in the face. He laughed and scooped up a hand full of snow, throwing it right at her.

A snowball fight broke out among the four of us as I threw a snowball and Susan and she returned the favor. Snow was flying everywhere and I shivered as some went down my back, but I laughed anyways, having fun for one of the first times in my life.

Susan turned and nailed Edmund in the arm, who hadn't said a word since we arrived.

"Ow! Stop it!" He snapped. We all froze and looked at him.

"You little liar!" Peter scolded.

"You didn't believe her either!" Edmund shot back.

"Apologize to Lucy." Edmund looked at Lucy, but said nothing.

"Say you're sorry!" Peter ordered, taking a step forward.

"Alright! I'm sorry." He mutters, barely casting glance at his sister.

"That's alright. Some little children just don't know when to stop pretending." She said smugly.

"Very funny." Edmund muttered. Susan looked around at the snow covered terrain.

"Maybe we should go back..." She commented.

"Shouldn't we at least take a look around?" Edmund pressed. I looked at him warily. He was far to eager to keep us all here.

"I think Lucy should decide." Peter announced. Lucy smiled widely.

"I'd like you all to meet Mr. Tumnus!"

"Well Mr. Tumnus it is!" Peter said before disappearing back into the wardrobe.

"Bit we can't go hiking in the snow, dressed like this." Susan complained.

"No but I'm sure the Professor won't mind is using these." Peter said, reappearing with five fur coats, "and if you think about it logically, we're not even taking them out of the wardrobe."

Peter handed them out, giving a large woman's coat to Edmund last.

"But that's a girls coat!" Edmund complained.

"I know." Peter responded, still holding out the coat until Edmund took it. We all slipped on the coats and Lucy led us on a trek through the woods.

Oddly enough, I knew exactly which turns Lucy was going to make before she made them. The whole experience was surreal to me.

The youngest Pevensie went on and on about Mr. Tumnus' house and how he always had tea and biscuits made ready. But suddenly, she stopped short and gasped. I looked to see what looked like a door in the side of a mountain, only the door had been torn off it's hinges.

"Lu?" Peter asked.

Without a word, Lucy sprinted forward towards the door.

"Lucy!" We all took off after her. Upon entering the house, I saw shattered glass, books and papers strewn across the floor. The furniture was torn, criss crossed with what looked like claw marks. I shivered slightly, not from the cold but from the emptiness of the house.
