Annabelle's POV

I rode my horse next to Peter, clothed in a golden and red dress. The Telmarine villagers and Narnians alike cheered loudly for Caspian, who road just ahead of me with a gold crown sitting perfectly on his head. Beside him was Susan and behind me was Edmund and Lucy, all dressed in just as fine of clothes.

That night, when the sun had sent, the Telmarines lit off brilliantly colored fireworks to celebrate the crowning if their new king, Caspian, and the peace with the Narnians. I watched from the back of the crowd, a small smile on my face. I felt an arm wrap around my shoulder and looked up to see Peter standing next to me.

"I love you." He murmured, a smile tugging at the corner of his mouth. I felt my cheeks flush with color and turned my eyes back on the crowd of people dancing and celebrating.

"I love you too." I whispered. Blinking, the world before me changed. Soft music played from a record player as I watched a two people dance slowly to the song. The woman was dressed in a long white dress while the man was in a simple black suit. I blinked again to be back in the present world.

"Annabelle." I looked to see Aslan standing in the shadows, his gaze locked on me and Peter.

"Yes?"

"Walk with me, child." He turned and padded away, down the long corridor. I left Peter's warm embrace and followed the great lion. I caught up with him, tangling my hand into his mane as we walked in silence through the castle. Aslan finally came to a halt in the doorway of the throne room. Decorations hung on the walls and from the ceiling, left forgotten after the coronation earlier that day.

"The time has come for you to make a choice, Annabelle." He said, sitting down and wrapping his tail around his feet. I moved to stand in front of him. Placing an arm over my chest, I bowed my head.

"Whatever the choice, I trust in your guidance."

"This is a choice that I cannot make for you, child. Nor can I sway your decision. You must do this on your own."

"I understand."

"Peter and Susan's time here in Narnia has come to an end. They will leave Narnia tomorrow, never to return." My eyes widened and I took a step back.

"What do you mean?"

"It is time for them to take what they have learned here and apply it to their lives in their world."

"But what does this have to do with me?" I asked.

"You must choose whether to return to the world you were raised in and make a life with Peter, or stay here in Narnia and remain the Seer." Before I could say anything else, Aslan stood up and walked away. I turned to look at the throne, which was nearly hidden in the shadows of the darkened room.

I tossed and turned all night in my sleep, tormented by visions of the future. I woke up early the next day, my mind still spinning from the conversation I had with Aslan. Getting dressed into a simple but elegant deep purple dress, I walked out of my room and wandered the halls.

I ended up back in the throne room, where servants where busy cleaning up from last night. They bowed their heads as I passed by. I stared for a moment at the empty throne before continuing on to the courtyard where the celebrations had been held last night.

There I spotted Aslan walking with Susan and Peter. He spoke to them quietly. Susan appeared to be crying while Peter just looked confused. Knowing Aslan was telling them that this would be their last time in Narnia, I turned around and made my way outside the castle.
