Chapter eight
Stage one: Hostility and DeceitTroy's P.O.V
I tried to keep my eyes open fitting the description of the walking dead just like every one else cramped up in the room.
" You ten got me a fine" whined the owner.
" It was Troy's fault" the match lit the barrel of fireworks, everyone had something to say.
" That's enough" boomed Mister Underwood as he sighed and rubbed his temples.
" Honestly this isn't the first time I've got a noise complaint however it's the first time I'm going to court for this and trust me when I tell you that it's really frustrating especially when it's caused by my clients that are a bunch of teens that probably live longer in their cars than in a hostel" he snarled at us.
" Now what happened last night?" He asked.
Silence!
" Listen and listen good if this coot and his hag win I'll make sure each and every one of you pays a part of the fine got that two hundred dollars" he warned.
" Me, Mar and Val were looking for Troy and we found him in the shed with a few friends" started Lesley.
They were at the shed ? What is this a curse? Philadelphia I barely escaped now in Pittsburgh I'm busted.
" We didn't feel comfortable so I left the shed " I sighed in relief.
They didn't blabber to him. I continued to listen to what happened last night still weary one of them will blab.
" Wait why is it only you who left?" asked mister Underwood.
" We got stuck " muttered Martina. " I went to the dorm to get Nante for help" continued Lesley before Mister Underwood faced Nante.
There's my downfall.
" Did she come to you?"
"Yes"
" Who else was there?"
"Mike"
" What did she say?"
" She told me come and help fetch the twins but I told her to call the cops and wait because it would get us all in trouble"
This is a strange story!
" Sounds smart And you three where were you when the fight started?"
Busted! There's no way we can slither out of this one we're the only ones covered in bruises and cuts I really should have stayed in the shed!
" We were in it Sir!" muttered Vince to be glared at by me and Finn.
" I found my men" blabbered Mister Underwood. " I believe the five of you for one most of you were girls and Mister Kingsley confirmed there weren't any plus you don't look like troublemakers though you have poor timing now the the rest of you!" He had a pointed look.
" You're free to go for now" he waved the girls off. " Who started the fight?" He asked as he darted his eyes and they landed on me.
" Why did you start the fight?" He asked.
" I didn't start the fight I didn't even fight" I said.
" You didn't even fight so tell me how did you get the black eye and the bruises? "
" Because I walked through it "
" Ahuh what about you? " Mister Underwood asked replied by silence.
