~Alexander's POV~
I wake up, to John shaking me lightly.
"Why are you waking me up this early?" I ask, still half asleep.
"You have classes today, right?" John asks.
"Yeah, but what time is it?" I ask.
"7:00AM." John replies.
I get up and grab my schedule. I look over my schedule to see my Tuesday classes.
"I have a class in an hour. "I say.
"That gives us enough time to go to the cafe. Wanna come?" John asked.
"Sure, but lemme take a shower and get changed." I replied.
We get ready in the matter of about 15 minutes.
"Alright, you ready?" John asked.
"Yep." I reply.
"Have your dorm keys?" John asked.
"Yes." I replied.
"Let's go." John yawned.
We walk down the stairs, and start heading toward the cafe, that's in front of the sign in building. We walk inside, and order our food. John and I both get coffee and he also gets a croissant. We go over to a table in the corner, and sit down, across from each other.
'Wait, did he trick me into a date?'
This guy knocks this girl over, just pushing her out of the way, and not caring. I get out of the booth, and help her up.
"Thank you." she says with a huge smile on her face.
"It's no problem." I replied.
We made eye contact, and her eyes were.. beautiful.
"My name is Elizabeth Schuyler. It's a pleasure to meet you." she giggled.
"Alexander Hamilton." I say, as I shake her hand.
She took out a piece of paper from her purse. I look on the paper to see it's her phone number.
"Text me later." She concluded with a smile.
~John's POV~
'I just felt a pain of jealousy hit me. I just watched Alex get someone straight in front of me. I look to the side, trying to hide it.'
I look back after a few seconds.
"Hey Alex, looks like you're getting lucky today." I say sarcastically.
"Oh, shut up." he giggled.
'So, he's gonna put me in the love triangle, when I want to be with just him. I don't date other girls, and that's because I'm gay. Now he's given himself two options, and he's not gonna pick me, and I bet it.'
"So, she was the prettiest girl I've ever seen. She seemed super open-minded and kind." Alex rants.
"Shoot, can't relate." I roll my eyes.
"Why?" Alexander asks.
"Because I'm gay." I shouted, but not so it was overheard through the full cafe.
I take my stuff, and head to my next class.
