I am currently watching sports day with Tori and Miley because we're not in it. Yes, i know we're lazy shits you don't have to tell us.
"North please can you pass me that bag?" Tori asks signalling to the sweets. I chuck them at her and she successfully catches them in one hand.
"Hey North! It's Jacob's race!" I immediately turn to the start of the track and see Jacob looking ahead, ready to go. I really hope he does well because he's up against some really fast runners.
"Woooo! you can do it baby!" I shout at him and he smiles and shakes his head.
All of a sudden I hear a loud bang and they all start sprinting as if there are wolves chasing them from behind. I start waving my hands and shouting Jacob. This is a 100 metre sprint and he is doing very well. I look closely to the end and see that he came second. As soon as i get up to go see him, my phone goes off. I look at the caller ID and see that it's my mum. How weird, she never phoned me unless it's an emergency. Normally she'd just text me. I swipe to accept and look at Tori and Miley who are looking at me strangely.
"Who is it?" they both ask.
"My mum," i say quickly.
"Yes mum?" i say in the phone.
"Where are you?" she asks curiously.
"Outside, it's sports day and i'm watching it."
"Oh could you go somewhere quieter so i can hear you better?"
"Kk,"
I walk away waving off Tori and Miley while they sit and look at me walking away. I walk back to my boarding house into my room.
"I'm in my room now," I say hoping she hasn't ended it.
"Okay well I have some news to tell you and I don't want you to worry or anything like that, okay?" She waits for approval.
"Okay,"
"Well the police are still looking for your father and apparently there have been calls saying that they've seen him back here in Australia. I'm not really sure if i should believe these people but i guess i'm not taking my chances. We're moving to France together because i don't think grandma can look after you because she's getting really old now North, i know you really like this school and i'm really sorry but we have to move. I don't want your father finding you while you're living with your grandma. I'm coming to England tomorrow and i'll pick you up on Friday. We're going to the airport straight away when we leave. I know it's a lot to take in sweetheart, but we have to leave. I love you North."
I didn't know what to do or how to react. Heck, i don't even think i listened to half of what she just said. I hate my father for what he's done to us, making us hide in fear of him finding us and hurting us one day. But i don't want to leave my friends and my boyfriend. I love Jacob too much to leave him. I finally thought that I had found the love of my life, but now it's getting snatched away from me.
"I love you too," Then i ended the call.

"You what?!?!" Tory and Miley shout in shock. I bite my lip and take a step forward.
"I-I'm leaving in 2 days," and that's when i burst into tears. They hold me in their arms while i cry into their shoulders. Honestly, they're the bestest friends i've ever had. I don't want to lose them.
"Hey it's gonna be okay," Miley says rubbing my back. I choke up some of my tears and look at both of them.
"You guys are my best friends and I don't want to lose you." I say.
