A Little Paperhat Thing

In the next few days, due to their shared crush, Demencia and Flug got a little closer. Luckily, she did not inform Black Hat, but she did tell 5.0.5. The bubble device was finished, and Flug recevied praise for it, which almost never happened.

Things were looking good. Black Hat seemed nicer than usual, which nobody was complaining about. Demencia wasn't as annoying, always a plus. 5.0.5 was pleasant, like usual. Flug had been eating and sleeping somewhat regularly. Not like he had a choice. 5.0.5 made him, after he noticed how long he goes without doing either.

Demencia walked into the lab, as Flug was working on a new blueprint.

"Heya nerd!"

"O-Oh! Hello Demencia!"

"What'cha doing?"

"Uh.. I'm drawing up a blueprint.. What do you want?"

"I just wanted to know when you were gonna tell Black Hat how you feel?"

He stared at her.

"I-I've decided.. That I'm not gonna d-do that. He could never love me anyways."

"Don't say that! 'Course he can! He loves me, so why not you?"

Flug laughed at the girl's response. She was crazy if she thought that.

"No he doesn't. Whenever you jump on him, he just pushes you off!"

"He loves me. He might not know it yet, but he does."

Flug just nodded and got back to work.

"If you won't confess... I'll make you!"

"N-No! Please don't! I'll loose what little respect from him that I have!"

She laughed and ran out of the lab. Flug needed a moment to think, so he crawled under his desk, to hopefully be left alone with his thoughts.

'Demencia wants me to tell him.. I know she'd do it herself if I didn't. But if I did, Black Hat might hate me even more than he does now! Even worse... I might.. Get fired... I hope that never happens. What did she mean by 'I'll make you'? She might threaten to take off my bag again... Probably in front of him.. Everything was going so well! Why does it have to change now.'

Just then.. The sound of Demencia's unnecessarily loud voice, with the sound of Black Hat's shoes came down the hallway... Toward the lab door.

Quick question: Should I delete parts that aren't chapters? Or should I keep them?
