Hey guys! So, here's chappie number one for y'all! Enjoy! I'm still figuring out when I should update so I'll just keep you posted on whatever I decide to do. :) I love the song on the right even though it has no connection what-so-ever to the story.

"Hi did someone order- WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO YOUR FACE?" He said, panicked, his handsome face crinkling in worry and concern.Standing right in front of me ladies and gentlemen, is one of the hottest guys I have ever seen in my life.

"Language please! There are children in the house!" my brother said, coming up from behind me. I watched as he moved to stand beside me. His eyebrows suddenly rose in alarm and he pulled me closer. “What DID happen to your face?” he asked me, lightly brushing my forehead. I cringed when he brushed a certain spot, making it leave a stinging feeling.

“Ouchies!” I said, scrunching my nose. My big brother mumbled his apologies, still examining my forehead.

“You have a cut on your forehead pipsqueak.” He showed me his finger, which had blood on it. The sight made me instantly dizzy and nauseous.

“I’m just gonna go sit down now” I said, feeling my knees shaking beneath me. I was always afraid of blood. Before I could give the floor a nice big hug again though, a pair of strong arms wrapped around me, holding me up. I closed my eyes, trying to stop the world from spinning. Ooookay, that kinda sounded stupid since you can’t stop the world from spinning unless you want the world to drift listlessly in space and end up being too far away from the sun. And when that happens, plant life will stop growing and then cows won’t have food *gasp* and then there will be no more burgers! Imagine a life without burgers! What a horrible thought!

Idiot! Stop thinking that way! You need to focus right now since you almost fainted. The tiny, rational part of my mind said. Thank goodness for the voice of reason in my head.

“Are you alright?” A deep voice cut through my thoughts. Opening my eyes, I met a pair of light green ones. Those captivating eyes belonged to the jaw-droppingly gorgeous delivery guy.

“Um, hi?” I said, making it sound more like a question than an actual greeting. I inwardly facepalmed.  A small smile formed on his plump, pinkish lips. He was still staring at me and me, being the shy fool that I am, broke eye contact first, taking in my surroundings. I was lying on the living room couch and he was kneeling infront of me.

“Here you go man. Are you sure she doesn’t need to go to the hospital or something?” Blake said, bringing with him the first aid kit we barely ever used since we were all usually very careful. He looked at me worriedly. Brother bear is such a worry wart.

“Yeah, I’m pretty sure. It’s just a tiny scratch.” The hot delivery guy answered, apparently acting as the doctor.

“But she fainted” my older brother pointed out, glaring at him.

“Does she have an extreme fear of blood by any chance?” the guy asked, not looking at all affected by my brothers death stare. I nodded, silently answering him with a ‘yes’.

“There you go then. My little sister does that too. She faints whenever she sees blood.” He answered, rummaging through the kit and producing Q-tips, betadine and a band aid. He moved his face closer to mine to get a better look at the cut on my forehead, giving me a chance to study his features. His eyes were light green, tiny specks of dark green scattered in them. His hair was a light shade of brown, almost blonde but not quite. He had strong, sharp features that made him look like he was sculpted out of marble. He was lightly tanned and I could see his muscles through his shirt. He was close, so close I could feel his breath fanning on my face and I could smell his cologne.

“Girl get a grip!”  My V.O.R. shouted through my hazy mind.

“But he smells niiiiiice!” I argued, annoyed with her.

“I know sweety, I know. But you gotta pull yourself together before you say or do anything to embarass yourself in front of this little piece of human perfection” She replied. Sighing, I resigned myself to the fact that she was right. Stupid Voice Of Reason.

“There you go. All better.” The ‘little piece of human perfection’ in front of me said, kissing my forehead. I froze, slowly registering the fact that he kissed me. He kissed me!  Well, it was only on the forehead, but still. Our eyes met and I became aware of how close we really were. I was about to say something when my brother spoke up. Or brothers.

“Are they gonna kiss Blakey-poo?” Tommy asked Blake and I completely forgot that there were other people in the room. I awkwardly cleared my throat and slowly sat up, the guy moving back to give me space.

“EWWWW! Don’t do it delivery guy! Don’t give her cooties!” Timmy shouted. I suddenly felt like one of those kid shows my brothers watch, like Dora The Explorer, you know, the ones where they have to shout answers at the TV screen like the characters can actually hear them.

“Guys! Now we’ll never know if they kiss or not. You ruined everything!” Blake said, dramatically placing his hands on both sides of his face with an expression of mock-horror. I rolled my eyes and stood up, glaring at the three of them.

“Nothing was gonna happen you weirdos! Geez.” I told them, trying to contain the blush I felt was making its way to my face.

“Then why are you blushing Rae-Rae?” Timmy asked.

“Busted! Quick! Make a run for it!” My V.O.R. said and for once I didn’t argue.

“I’m just gonna show him out now.” I said, not making eye contact with anyone. I was making my way out of the living room and heading for the front door when I realized I didn’t ask the delivery guy to come with me. I looked over my shoulder and silently praised the Lord that he had enough sense to follow me out.

“Has- uh- Has Blake paid you already?” I asked him, trying to break the awkward silence. He looked at me nodding his head. I opened the door for him to step out.

“Listen, um, about earlier? I’m sorry if I made you uncomfortable when I kissed your forehead. Force of habit. I always did that whenever my sister got hurt” he said before walking out the door.

“It’s fine. I didn’t mind.” I replied, instantly regretting my word choice when I saw him smirk.

“Oh? Really? You didn’t mind?” he tauntingly said. I gave him the best glare I could conjure up, which was weak to be honest since part of me was caught off guard at how good-looking he was when he smirked, and I had a feeling he knew how effective his looks really were on the female population. Arrogant jerkface. What happened to the nice guy who kissed my forehead when I got hurt?

“I-I mean- uh- it’s not” I tried saying but was cut off by his laughter.

“I’m kidding. Calm down, it was just a joke.” He breathed out before falling into another fit of laughter.

“A mean one. Thanks for the pizza and for fixing me up now if you’ll excuse me, I’ll be closing the door now.” I slowly closed the door, trying to save what was left of my dignity.

“Aw come on! Atleast tell me your name first!” he shouted on the other side of the door.

“No. Bye.” I slammed the door in his face. Holy Mother of Spuds, that was embarassing! Part of me was hoping and praying to never, ever see that gorgeous face again, but, another part of me wanted to see him again. Augh! Why me?
