~Six months later~

Ryan Dallas's pov

"Hey Ryan?" Peter asks. I look up from my current assignment that I am working on for pre-calculus. He walks more into my room. Currently, I think Peter, my uncle Shawn, Nash, and mom are in the house.

I know Dad, Grace and Matt went to Grace's rehearsal and private lesson.

"What's up?"

"I was wondering if you could check my answers," he says referring to the math assignment that he has been working on for the past hour and a half.

"Sure, no problem." He hands his work over to me and I take a look. I take a pencil and carefully did each problem in my head.

The last several months has been different. Ever since the first day dad came from the hospital, mom has been extra cautious with taking care of him. She has told us he has been under a lot of stress and wasn't getting enough sleep before so she helps him when she can. Dad, Nash and Matt finished the season finale of their show, which means they are done shooting for the show.

As for Grace, she made first chair in the viola section in Sydney's symphony orchestra. She's also the youngest to be a part of the orchestra. Our uncle Shawn had flown from Canada when she found out and he visits Peter from time for time. Turns out my sister and Cooper are still best friends. I'd thought they would have hit it off well, but I guess not.

For Peter, he still lives with Claire. He has gotten to know uncle Shawn a lot more and they're really close now. My uncle Shawn is happy to have him. Peter would visit or uncle Shawn would come visit when there was our breaks. I think Peter may be moving to the United States next year as Claire had agreed once the show is over, she wanted Peter to be close to his dad and also she missed the US.

As for my mom, her stomach has gotten bigger and she has been trying her best to help us when she can. Her due date for our brother is any day now. Mom and dad are so excited for him to be here and secretly, I know they are looking for an apartment in the US. I'm sort of excited to go there and move there if we do.

I'd miss being here. I've really liked it here, but I would miss seeing my other cousins, uncle Jack and everybody else. If I had the choice, I'd still stay here until I graduate.

As I finish looking at the last time problem, I smile and look up to my cousin.

"Everything looks good Peter. You're doing a great job."

"That's because you've been a really great math tutor," Peter smiles. "Thank you." I take my binder with assignments off my lap.

"No problem. Why don't we take a break for right now and get a snack? You've been working pretty hard." He nods as I stand. The two of us walk out of my room and and make our way for the stairs. Once we reach the bottom, we see Natalie taking cookies out of the oven and I smile. Natalie looks towards us and waves.

"Just in time you two," Natalie says taking a circular container out. She takes out three cup glasses putting them on the counter. She walks into the fridge and takes the milk out. She pours milk into all three cups before reaching for the mini plates. She puts three cookies on each plate before she brings to over to us. Then she brings out cup of milk over.

"Thank you Natalia," Peter says.

"You're the best," I smile.

"You're very welcome." Natalia has the third cup and plate. "I am going to get this to your mom. You two enjoy the cookies." Peter and I nod as she makes her way out of the kitchen and to the living room.
