Claire Johnson's pov

"Why are you being so hard on her?" Cameron says to Shawn. I am stressed and tired because all Shawn has done is make everything difficult so far.

"You, Johnson and Sam kept this away from me," Shawn frowns. "How could you do this to me?"

"It was her decision," Sam says. "You need to chill out a little, because she has been taking care of him."

"Chill out? I would have too if I would have known nine years ago!" Shawn glares at me and I close my eyes sighing. "Do you want to know how my wife reacted when she found out?"

"Claire is human Shawn. Give her a break," my cousin says.

"I can't. This is something huge that she shouldn't have kept from me. My wife thinks it was selfish of you to keep Peter a secret. Do you have any idea how mad and upset I am with you?" I open my eyes and I can sense my fear, because all eyes are on me.

"You've made it pretty clear that I messed up." I say softly.

"My family and I can't stay here," Shawn says turning to Cameron.

"Why not?" Cam frowns and I sigh realizing I've caused a big mess. I look towards G, who gives me a sad smile.

"I can't be under the same roof as her. Caitlyn and I have to talk about this more plus I don't think I can stand being around Claire at the moment."

"You've already made that clear," I say. "I'll just take Peter with me then, h-"

"No way." Shawn interrupts angrily.

"I have full custody of him! Not you so back off Shawn. He is one of the only few blood family I have left and you're not taking him away from me."

"I will take you to court Claire. It isn't right for what you've done."

"I gave birth Shawn!" I'm feeling panicky because I don't want Shawn to take Peter away from me.

"It's not your decision, it's Peters. I bet he has been wondering who is father was his whole life. You kept that away from him. And you know what? It was selfish of you to keep Peter away from me. I could have been a part of his life if you had let me try."

"Shawn," My cousin starts, but Shawn shakes his head furiously.

"I'm going to gain full custody of him and see how you feel after something has been taken away from you."

My breathing feels shallow and my head spins.

"What the hell?" Sam says angrily. "No. You better not be doing that."

"You're not doing that," Cam says angrily also.

"No," Hayes says gritting through his teeth.

"Are you all serious?!" Shawn explodes. "Fine, let's have Peter choose then. Right now."

"He's sleeping," I say hurtfully. "Don't do this to me."

"Well I'm going to. Whether you guys support this or not." In a blink of an eye, everything happens so fast. Shawn is on the ground and I'm gasping as I see Cameron has punched him.

"St-stop Cam!" Sam gets ahold of Cameron and my cousin helps Shawn up; making sure he doesn't attack Cameron. Shawn and Cam then goes back and forth arguing with each other.

I felt a gentle hand to my arm and I look to see G beside me.

"You've seen enough. Let's get you out of here." He takes my arm gently and starts to lead me towards the stairs. Slowly he helps me up the stairs and we quietly make our way to the kitchen.
