A MONTH BEFORE THE ACCIDENT
PART TWO: 10:50 am
YOONGI KNEW THAT THIS TIME AROUND HE WOULDN'T GO UNNOTICED.
He knew by the constant stares and whispers thrown his way that he was infact noticed and would be the talk of the school for the next few days, hopefully.
He was now making his way to the library. It was lunch time and Yoongi wasn't all too keen on showing the entire cafeteria his homemade lunch of kimchi and white rice.
In his previous schools, he had learned the hard way not to eat his lunch in front of others. They would always point and stare and say rude and cruel disgusting things.
Yoongi—after many failed attempts—found that the library was not used as often and he could easily have access to it. It was his safe haven and the only place where he felt somewhat at home.
Free of the gaunting stares and pointing fingers, Yoongi could eat in peace and listen to his music without interruption.
But today was no ordinary day. Instead of the library being a vacant empty cold place that smelled of old book pages and butterscotch candy, the library smelled of chamomile tea and was warm.
Yoongi frowned as he stepped into the library and sat down in the only other seat available which just so happened to be beside the pretty girl he had swore never to talk to or come into close contact with again.
She had her head bent over the desk she sat at. Her eyes were narrowed in concentration and her pencil was poised above a completely empty piece of college ruled paper.
Yoongi rolled his eyes and pulled out his own pieces of paper. His English teacher had given the assignment of a three paged essay for everyone in all of his classes. Apparently, some boy had did something to gain the teachers anger thus making him punish them all.
Yoongi picked up his mechanical pencil and began to write. Three minutes into the assignment, Yoongi was interrupted by a sigh.
He ignored it and continued to write once again loosing himself in the words on the paper.
A loud sigh made him lose focus once again, causing Yoongi to drop his pencil. He picked it up as silently as possible and as soon as he placed pencil to paper another sigh was let loose.
Yoongi slammed his pencil onto the desk. "If you could please quit making noise I would be very grateful." He said not glancing at the girl who he knew was the cause of the noise.
