Liam

Niall hasn't woken up in three days. If it weren't for the fact that he looks better than he did before then I would have been really scared.

Zayn's been keeping Louis close to him and away from Harry as much as possible. Which seems weird seeing as he's helping us, but something seems off with him.

Zayn's been leaning his way more, and I was pretty sure it was because he can get into our minds.

I looked back at Niall and I could have swore that his eye lids had fluttered, but he didn't move after that.

My hand gripped his as my thumb ran up and down slowly over his knuckles.

I looked over to Harry who was sleeping in a corner. Most of the cuts had healed and he looked better than when we first saw him.

Why would he need to try to get in our heads? Why is Harry so willing to help us?

I felt a small bit of pressure on my fingers and looked down at Niall. His eyes slowly opened and then squinted closed. He let out a groan and tried rolling closer to me.

I put my hands on his shoulders to keep him on his back. "Shh, it's okay, Ni. I'm right here."

He opened his eyes again and looked at me. "Li, what happened?" His voice sounded pained but he smiled just a bit.

"We'll talk about that later, okay? For now just rest." I bit my lip and watched his reaction. His eyebrows knitted together as he tried to think back. "Niall," I warned.

"Where are we?" He asked. "Who are we trusting now?"

I sighed, knowing that one was coming. "Zayn trusted him this time, not me. His name's Harry. He has abilities like us. Something with getting into people's heads."

Niall raised his eyebrow in question and I shook my head with another sigh. "I know, but Zayn doesn't think he would do that. He won't need a reason to convince us that we really need his help."

Niall bit his lip, then winced. I ran my hand through his hair to calm him down. "You need to rest, Niall. We can talk later, when you're better."

"Is everyone okay?" He asked, his eyes opening and meeting mine again. "Are you okay?"

I nodded, giving his hand a small squeeze. "We're okay, Ni."

He nodded and then his eyes drifted back closed and his breathing evened out. I lifted his shirt and slowly took off the bandage on the wound.

It was well over halfway done healing, which I took a breath of relief for.

I quickly cleaned it and put a new bandage on then put his shirt back down. I looked over at Zayn and Louis and saw Zayn looking up at the ceiling. "He's going to be okay," Zayn said more to himself than me. "We'll be able to leave soon."

I nodded, looking down again. A few minutes later Harry woke up and stretched. My eyes wandered over to him as he stood.

"How's he doin'?" Harry asked.

I shrugged. "Better." I knew I didn't have a real reason to be cold and short with him but something just had me there with him.

I heard him huff slightly before looking at Zayn and walking out of the hut.

Zayn looked at me afterwards. "I know you don't like him, but we could be a little nicer to him. He is letting us stay with him after all."

I shook my head. "Something's not right with him. As soon as Niall's healed we're gonna go."
