I decided to see if I could talk with Graser to settle all of this-he IS the owner of the Cube, after all.
"Graser, we need to talk. I can explain. Or, actually, I can't really explain, but I do know a few things." I send to him. (K=Kendall, G= Graser)
G- Alright, then do
K- okay, so I was uploading the video
K- actually I had just finished uploading it
G- Yeah
K- and suddenly I get a message on skype from kricken
K- saying whats up with that last tweet
K-or something similar to that
K- so I checked
K- and BAM there was a tweet I didn't write that so many people had seen
K- and I have no idea who wrote it or how the even got my password
K- I just know it wasn't me
K- I mean, see the time the video was uploaded? 7:00pm
K- you know how long it takes to edit and render.
K- I logged off the Cube at 3:30pm and immediately started to edit but that tweet was at 6:00ish.
G- I honestly want to believe you but you could've used your phone
K-I don't even know where my phone is though
That was the truth,I really can't find my phone.....wait.
G- You could be lying
G- I'm not saying you are but it's a possibility
K- ik, ik
K- I understand, guilty until proven innocent with these sorts of things
G- not exactly but okay
K- anyways, about my phone
K- someone could have found it, gone to Twitter, and posted that
G- I'm sorry but that really doesn't prove anything
K- Graser
K- we've known each other for months
K- c'mon, you've gotta know I'm not like that. I don't send out random mean tweets.
G- I don't know how you act in real life though
G- you could act really different from how I know you
G- people are different when there's no camera pointed at them
K- I understand
K-we'll talk about this later, okay? I'm honestly too stressed right now
G- Okay
G- I really, really hope this comes out in your favor...but for now, you're the only person who could have definitely tweeted that
K- I know...bye, Graser.
G- Bye
I log off the computer and shut it down.I haven't noticed, but my eyes are quite watery.
'I always have been an easy crier...what a pathetic time for it to kick in though.' I think to myself. I sigh and decide to go the living room and see if my mom is up front. Luckily, she is, so I sit down and decide to have a talk with her.
"Mom?"
She looks up from the book she was reading. "Yes, hun?" She asks, setting the book down when she sees my teary eyes. "Aw, what's wrong?" She frowns, pulling me down to sit by her.
"You know my friends who I record with? The Cube SMP people?"
"Mhmm, what about them?"
"Well.." I quote the tweet, telling her what it said. "It wasn't me, honest. And the owner of the cube doesn't believe me...or at least, not one hundred percent."
"What was his name? Gracer?" She asks.
"Graser." I correct. "What am I gonna do? The majority of people believe it actually was me, I think....And there's no way I can make them believe me."
"My only advice is to stick to your real friends. The ones who believe you. The others aren't your friends anyway, just someone who pretended to be your friend, or at least aren't true friends. They ain't worth a penny." She hugs me. "For now, maybe some ice cream could help....?" She adds.
I smile. "Maybe..of course."
