-Star's POV-
I've been at camp for five days. Tonight is the dance. Yesterday I told Tom I would go to the dance with him and I avoided Marco a whole week. I survived five days and only accidentally burned down cabin eight. What! It was empty!
I went through dresser to find the perfect dress. All the dresses I brought with me were so boring! Ah! I have an idea! What if I make one with magic!
"Super dress blast!" I shouted a spell. Out of my wand can a short pink dress. The dress had one strap held by a pink heart. The bottom was laced with pink hearts and a rim. This dress paired well with my white gloves and boots. My boots were thigh high and white with a pink bow on the tops of each. I looked perfect, but something was missing. I had my dress, my boots, my gloves, my devil horn headband. What am I missing? Ah ha! My hair style. It would look better in a larger bun. I pointed my wand towards my face made it shoot wind and magic at me forming a large bun at the top of my head. I should really stop using magic on my face.
"Hey, Blondie. Are you ready?" Janna knocked on the door.
"Yeah, come in." I yelled back.
She opened the door and ran to the dresser looking for an outfit. She seemed to find a dress and ran to the bathroom to change. As she opened the bathroom door, she stopped in her tracks and looked at me.
"Nice outfit, Star. Marco— I mean Tom is going to love you." Janna complimented me. Wait! Did she say Marco?
"Marco?" I crossed my arms.
"I meant Tom. I just said the wrong name." Janna leaned up against the wall.
"Okay." I squinted at her.
"I gotta get changed." She ran to the bathroom.
Janna's got to be planning something. She's good at lying, but that little hint she gave me was all I needed to know something was being planned.
