-Star's POV-
After breakfast we all walked towards our cabin. The group was chatting all together, well, except for me. I was walking next to them awkwardly nodding and smiling.
There was one thing that confused me, since when was Marco friends with Tom?! Like, Tom put Marco on crutches and suddenly they're all buddy buddy!
Tom and Marco went into Marco's room to talk about something. Janna and I went into our room.
"Okay, Star, what's up?" Janna sat on her bed.
"What do you mean?"
"I mean, why did you just except Tom into the group with open arms?" She crossed her arms.
"Because I was being nice." I sat on my bed.
"There's more to why you did, isn't there?" Janna smirked.
"Maybe."
"Like what?" She got up and sat next to me.
"Why are you smirking? If you're thinking I like Tom, than you better stop thinking it." I crossed my arms. "I did it because you like Tom."
"What are you talking about?" Janna raised her eyebrow.
"Oh, come on. It's so obvious! I've never seen you lose your confidence until Tom walked next to you in detention." I laughed.
"Whatever you think, Blondie, but that's not the case." Janna laughed. "Did you ever think that by trying to make me happy, you're hurting yourself?"
"Huh?"
"I've never seen you so awkward and silent until today." Janna admitted. "You also know by adopting Tom into the group you're ruining the group's dynamic."
"What do you mean by that. I didn't 'adopt' Tom into the group, Marco did."
"You did let him join though, but anyway, if you don't start to get along with Tom and stop the awkwardness, the group might be ruined. And if the group is ruined, you can say goodbye to our prank." Janna explained.
"Oh no! That can't happen!" I shot up off the bed. "I'll try to get along with him, but it's not going to be easy."
"Good, now I'll leave you alone. You need some time to think about this." Janna walked out to talk to Tom and Marco.
I flopped onto my bed and sighed.
"Maybe I should call Princess Pony Head and go to the Bounce Lounge. Dancing always cheers me up." I thought out loud.
