-Star's POV-
"What are we going to do?" I whispered, worried.
"Okay, here's the plan. I fly out and impale one of them. That will surely distract the other two and give you enough time to escape. Get the plan? Good. Let's go." Pony started to fly out, but I grabbed her just in time.
"No, no, no. Don't impale my friends." I ordered Pony. "Wow, never thought I'd say that."
"Can't I impale at least one of them?" Pony pleaded.
"No."
"What about Tom? You're not friends with him." Ponyhead tried to bargain with me.
"No impailing. Don't you remember what your dad said about impailing people?"
"'If you impail one more creature you'll be sent to Saint Olga's Reform School for Wayward Princesses.'" Pony recited. "Yeah, I remember, but I wish you didn't bring it up. Just the thought of getting sent to Saint O's gives me the chills."
"If had to before you killed one of my friends."
"Killed? Nah, gurl. Impailing someone doesn't always kill someone." Pony shook her head. "The last person I impailed didn't die."
"Yes he did."
"He did?" Pony's eyes widened.
"Yeah."
"Well, he had it coming. I didn't like what he said to me." Pony fought for herself.
"He was from the Pigeon Kingdom. You couldn't have understood what he said. He was speaking pigeon."
"Well, I didn't like what his chirping sounded like. It sounded like he said something very hurtful." Pony frowned.
"Whatever, Pony. We're going off track. We need an actual plan."
"Well, I'm out of plans. It's your turn to make one." Pony compalined.
"Wait. Do you have your scissor with you?"
"No. I left em on the dang table. I bet that stupid waiter took them to the Lost and Found." Pony swinted angrily.
"Well, if you could get them without Tom noticing you, since he's the only one who knows what you look like, we could get out of here."
"Fine, but I'm only doing this because your my bestie." Pony groaned.
I crouched down and peered through the bottom of the curtain. "Tom is nowhere in sight, I only see Marco."
"Okay. If I don't come back alive, tell that waiter I hate him." Pony quietly slipped though the curtains.
I watched through the bottom as Pony floated into the Lost and Found office. Soon, she came out with the scissors in between her teeth.
"Yes. The plan's gonna work." I muttered to myself as Pony closed in on the Photo Booth.
"IT'S PONYHEAD! GET HER!" I heard Tom yell from a distance.
Aww, man! I jinxed it when I said the plan was going to work!
Alli of a sudden, Tom launched Marco into the air. In mid air, Marco did a spin and smacked Pony across the face with one of his cruches. Pony fell and slid across the floor. Just as Tom was about to shoot a fireball at Ponyhead, Pony flew off the ground and shot a bolt of rainbow light at Tom, causing him to fly across the dance floor. I watched as Pony knocked Marco down and threw his crutches at Janna. A fire ball flew across the floor into Pony. Pony got up and charged at Tom. Once Tom saw her charging, he did the same.
I think this would be a pretty good time to intervene.
I ran right between the two charging teens. "STOP!"
The two amediatly stopped running.
"Why are you fighting Ponyhead?" I stared at Tom with anger.
"She kidnapped you!" Tom yelled back.
"That is a lie! I'm gonna blast you for that!" Pony's horn lit up.
"LILACIA PONYHEAD! DON'T YOU DARE BLAST ANYONE!"
"Star! I told you not to use my first name!" Pony complained.
I turned back to Tom. "Why did you think Ponyhead kidnapped me?!"
"We found a note!" Tom argued.
"A note?"
"Yeah." Tom handed it to me.
I started to read it.
Note: Read in an Dark, scary voice to set the mood.
Star Butterfly has been taken. By the time you read this she's probably dead or something like that. DO NOT LOOK FOR HER AT THE BOUNCE LOUNGE! SHE DEFINITELY ISN'T THERE!
"I recognized Pony's handwriting and I knew she wrote it." Tom explained.
I turned to Pony. "You told them to read the note in a scary voice?"
"To set the mood of the letter." Pony rolled her eyes.
"Why did you say I was kidnapped and when did you replace my letter with this one?"
"Well, when you were getting done, I wrote this letter to leave in your room. I dropped the scissors because I knew you would open up the portal with them. When you went though the portal first, I replace your not with my note." Ponyhead listed the steps. "As for why, I wanted everyone to believe you were dead so you could come home."
"Tom literally lives in the same dimension we live in. He would find out if I was alive eventually." I pointed out. "Plus, didn't you think someone would go looking for me? If Tom called up my parents and said I was missing, my mom would send knights."
"Well, clearly I should have taken time on this plan instead of doing in the five minutes before I left." Pony admitted.
Everyone was silent.
"Well, I'm going home, gurl. I had lots of fun, but I need my beauty sleep. Call me if you want to hang out again. Byeeeee!" Pony opened up a portal and left.
When I turned back around, Marco and Janna were back on their feet and or crutches. Everyone stared at me.
"We really thought you were in trouble." Marco finally broke the silence.
I ran and gave a group hug.
"I don't do hugs, Star." Janna spoke up.
"Sorry." I let go. "You guys are the best besties I could have!"
"Thanks, Star." Marco smiled.
Tom opened up a portal with a pair of lavender dimensional scissors. "We better go before Jessy notices we're gone."
Marco walked in followed by Janna. Before I walked in, I looked at Tom.
"You did amazing out there, Lucitor." I smiled.
He gave a real, heartfelt smile. "Thanks." He gestured his hand towards the portal. "After you."
"Thanks." I walked through.
Maybe Tom and I could be friends after all.
