A couple weeks later came along and I have see Shawn a little bit in school but we never talk, since I was in student council now I've started to get busy anyway. Everyone started to leave and I said that it would be fine if I locked up the school, I had to stay late because we had to work on something for prom. I cleaned up and packed myself up getting ready to go when I saw a tall shadow in the dark. "Uh hello?" I whispered. "Hey Lauren" Shawn came out of the dark scratching his neck. "Oh hi" I said back turning my back to him. "Listen I know you don't wanna talk to me but common let's be friends" he put his hand on my shoulder. "Listen I don't wanna keep going and back forth on this, I tried being friends with you and that didn't work, I'm sorry Shawn, I can't" I turned around to him looking at him. "Please at least talk to me" he whispered upset. "I am talking to you" I stared at him. "No all the time, I wanna be your friend, I wanna be your boyfriend, I wanna be someone to you" he said looking at my lips. "I wanna be someone to you too but I can't let you be in my way all the time, I'm not yours anymore, just go home" I picked up my stuff and tried walking past him but he blocked me, "your not leaving me like this Lauren" he looked down. "I can do whatever I want Shawn" I looked up at him. "I won't let you" he whispered backing me up against a table. "Shawn please" I whispered to him. "Shh" he put a finger on my lip and pulled my hair away from my neck, he began to kiss my neck. "S-shawn" I stuttered my breathing hitching every time he would kiss over my sweet spot. I slid my hands onto his chest to push him a little away. He finally stopped and looked me in the eye. "Let me kiss your lips please" he whispered, then going to kiss me. I didn't stop him, it's what I wanted but I couldn't have it. He kept kissing me and slid his hands on my thighs rubbing gently. I whimpered because I wanted to kiss back but I no I shouldn't have. When he stopped he pulled me into a hug and I hugged him back gently. "But when she's with him, she seems happier and I don't want to take that away" he mumbled to himself . I didn't understand what he was saying but all I wanted was him.
