Chapter 2: Friend

P.O.V. Third

"This place is huge," King said to himself as he looked around. However he stopped as soon as he then saw a flower shop. "Come to think of it . . ." King said as he looked at the shop. He then began to walk towards the store. 'I'll explore the rest of the city later. There's somewhere I need to go first,' King thought to himself ad he walked into the store.

As he walked into the he looked around and saw a blonde male behind the counter. He gave King a smile seeing him and King approached the male. "So what can I help you with?" The male asked looking at King.

"I'd like to buy a rose," King said looking at the male.

"Of course sir," the male said as he walked away. King watched as he left the building and came back with a rose. "That'll be-" the male began only for King to place a wallet on the table. "Keep what's left," King said as he took the rose and began to walk away.

The male smiled seeing this and watched as King walked out of the building. When the male was outside he began to walk down to where had been told their was a graveyard. He searched for the graveyard for hours and by the time that he had finally found it, the sky had turned dark and the moon was already in the sky. King sighed as he walked in and began to walk past each grave.

P.O.V. Squigly

I sighed as I walked through the graveyard. I was visiting my parents once again. I had to do it at night because most people tend to stare at me during the day. "We have company," Leviathan said looking at me. I then heard a few footsteps and turned to see a male with white hair and bright vivid purple eyes walking towards me.

He wasn't looking at me as he walked but I still don't want to take the chance of scaring him away. I was about to leave until he stopped and looked at grave. "Hey Chronos," he said looking at the grave. "I know it's been a while, but I thought I'd come and visit you," he said looking at the grave.

"I know it's been a while, but I heard someone reported you death and they made you a grave. I know your body's not in there, after all I watched you fade away," the male said as he bent down on one knee. "I brought you a rose, I remember you told me that a rose was your favorite flower," he said as he placed the flower in front of the tombstone.

"He sounds a little like you when you come here," Leviathan said looking at me.

"Shut up," I said a little irritated by the creature. As much as I hate to admit it he's right, I could hear that sadness in the males voice.

"I just recently arrived so sorry for not being here sooner it took me longer to find this place than I'd like to admit," the male said looking at the grave. "Oh and check this out," the male said as he reached into his pocket and pulled out an old pocket watch. "The pocket watch you gave me still works!" The male said as he pushed the button on the side and it opened up. He then closed the old watch and put it back in his pocket.

"Well I guess I should tell you about myself now. I haven't made any friends yet, but hopefully that'll change soon," the male said looking at the tombstone. "Well I don't want to waste your time, I know how much that bothers you. So the real reason I came here was to say, happy anniversary," the male said as he got up.

"I know that for you time and age is sort of pointless, but this is the day that we first met. The day that you took me away from that horrible place! The day you entered my life!" The male said as he started to smile. "So I . . . I just wanted to say," the male began as he looked at the tombstone.

I then saw a few tears build up the male then leaned forward and bowed towards the tombstone. "Thank you! Thank you for everything you did!" He said with a slight smile. I smiled slightly hearing this and looked at the male.

"What do you think? Should we try to befriend him," Leviathan asked as looked at the male?

"From what I've seen it might not be a bad idea. Plus he said he's trying to make friends so it ," I said looking at him. I then began to walk toward him and he looked over at me. When he did he stood up and looked at me.

"S-sorry I didn't realize anyone else was here. I apologize if my talking was disturbing you," he said looking at me. I smiled hearing this and looked up at him.

P.O.V. King

"N-No it's not that, I didn't think that anyone else came to the graveyard this late," The female said looking at me. "Anyway my name is Sienna but some people also call me Squigly," She said looking at me.

"Squigly?" I asked looking at her. She seemed a little upset by this and crossed her arms slightly.

"Go ahead and laugh, I know I have a weird name," She said a little upset.

"No it's not that, I think I heard someone mention you before I got here. They said something about Karaoke," I said trying to remember who I had heard say it. "Plus it's not like I have a lot of room to talk when it comes to unusual names," I said looking at her and offered my hand. "My name's King," I said looking at her.

She chuckled slightly at my name and shook my hand. "Nice to meet you," She said looking at me with a smile.
